Bought a dishwasher. Delivery service (Rodriguez Delivery Sevice) totally awful. We had to refuse the delivery and installation due to the personal attitude of the delivery guy. He refuse to do the full installation Sevice allegedly because there’s a water leak under the sink, which wasn’t true. The store appliance representative just believed the report from the installer and treat us poorly, after wichwe decided to just return the appliance and ask for money refund. Is is sad that Homedepot just end up loosing money due to employees bad service

Especially appreciate how associates at the Customer Service desk are helpful and friendly in providing information on needed products and the products locations in the store. Also grateful for the very experienced associates in flooring, electrical and tools who have provided great assistance in describing installation requirements for projects using products from their departments.

I've had several very positive experiences at the Ashburn Home Depot. I was told about a unique new product called Zabitat, an alternative to installing a new exterior door, Zabitat remodels your existing door. I also had a very good experience with ordering custom window product. William was extremely helpful in working with me and ensuring my pleated shades met my requirements. Great job. I also stopped by this store on several occasions to support a residential property listing in the area (I'm a realtor) and found the staff really helpful in many departments.

Top notch store!

Associates on personal cell phones while at work. I am surprised management allows this as most jobs people would be fired for having them out unless on a break away from the floor or work area. Customer service is really lacking at this location. Front entrance greeter knows his stuff: always courteous and knows pretty much where everything is.

Purchased a lawn mower and grill today at this location. The customer rep that helped us, Mike, was super helpful, gracious, and overall professional. Helped us decide on a lawnmower that fit our budget and loaded it for us into a cart. The store was well staffed today too. Lots of people to help us which was outstanding. Great experience. (And the free hotdogs were a nice surprise!)

It is one of the best Home Depot stores I have ever visited. I love visiting this store whenever I need anything. The staff is really very friendly and helpful.

Ashburn Home Depot: Every time I need help Brian (assistant mgr. ) is out of his chair and walking the store to assist in any way he can. He is by far the BEST HELPER I HAVE EVERY CAME ACROSS!!! Every store should have someone like Brian to cater to the customers needs and get them on their way ASAP. He's GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES!!!

This Home Depot Store is great.. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the manager (Mike) walks the floor inspecting, not expecting.. Close to home..

The Ashburn Home Depot has reasonably priced, good quality merchandise. Service is friendly. Handicapped, I make use of mobility scooters placed by the front doors. There are 3 scooters: one works (white) and the other two (orange) should be overhauled or removed. The condition of the orange scooters has been unchanged for at least 3 years. The charge meter on the scooters indicate very low charge even after a long charge. They run extremely slow, and a few time I had to leave the scooters in the store after they stopped running. Now, I use the white scooter which tends to be reliable. However, it is not always available.

I'm always impressed with the service - great management and employees. There is always someone to help me - or that will find the right person. On my last visit an employee returned to my aisle to ensure that someone from the department had arrived to help me. Keep up the great work #4647!
