I ordered a Kamado Joe Jr. with Cover Bundle in the store for in-store delivery. They said it arrived and sent me home with a grill without the cover bundle (wrong SKU). It was a real pain to get this resolved. I finally gave up, got a refund for the difference, and ordered the cover directly from Kamado Joe.

phone sales charged me full price on an item that was half off. then i called to get money back and second phone employee promised i would get money back and see an email with this in minutes. never happened. PAY ATTENTION and do your job well

I shop here at least once a month. It's always difficult to find someone to help. It's even harder to find someone who knows anything about the products. The staff just looks stuff up on their phones when you ask a question, which I could do myself. I've been to Home Depots in Canada and the service quality difference is shocking so I know they can do better here in Austin. They just don't seem to want to.

My favorite place to shop

We were in the market for 4 new kitchen appliances to replace those in our row house. Jim at the Austin Mueller store was friendly and very helpful answering our questions and processing our order.

I have ordered 3 times in the last few months on your online platform. Items were missing all three times, which required for me to spend time in the customer service area, wait for someone to pick up what was missing..... it would have been easier if I simply walked into the store and picked the items myself. Quality Control is needed.....

I am doing a home remodel and purchased approximately 30 doors to replace and with these doors I ordered a Murphy door that should not even be able to be purchased due to when it was installed it only left a small entry opening to walk through the doorway. The manufacturer should have some sort of notification or warning that this would be the case because in any other situation when the door is open the entire doorway is useable. I also previously was never notified when ordering the item that it was not able to be returned. The Customer Service member and Assistant Manager helped me to return the door which was a major stress relief! Do NOT purchase a Murphy bookshelf hidden door they do not allow full entry through the doorway! Thank you SO much to Home Depot for assisting me in the return of the door!

I rented a weed eater, and it didn't work- the string would not stay in the bottom of the weed eater. I mentioned this to the representative and he said Sorry and charged me for 4 hours

I was able to purchase what I needed during my HD visit!

The cashiers here are pretty much always friendly and get you out of the store quickly. If you're looking for lumber then you're probably better off going to a bigger store but this store has a good selection of most everything else.

I was in the store a couple of weeks ago to buy a new battery operated mower. Checking out at self check was so easy! Dayza was a big help and also helped me get the mower (in its box) into the back of my vehicle. I love this Home Depot!

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

There are no cashiers anymore, the customers do that now... with a video camera 5" from your face letting you know you are under suspicion as a thief. The aisles are crammed with crap. The employees have less knowledge than ever. I no longer shop there unless I really need to. They linked my purchase to my email and sent me a survey which felt very rude and intrusive. I wonder who they have sold my contact info to, or how long it will be before they are hacked and give my cc#, face, address, email, and phone number to.

Time is a precious. Every person I encountered was smiling and helpful making it a pleasure to purchase what I needed. Additionally, this Home Depot is also very neat and tidy.

Usually I need assistance in Home Depot, the staff at Mueller are readily available!

The employees are overall knowledgeable and helpful. Something about the management style or their team spirit make this store stand out. I have had mostly positive experiences and that’s why I keep coming back instead of going to the Home Depot on Howard Lane which’s a little closer to me

Products are always good and their lumber is better than competitors in the area.very nice and helpful staff

Needed help with storm door handle and gorilla ladder. 3 different employees tried to help me, unfortunately I only got the name of one, and that is Chris. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. Also, the gentleman that helped me with the ladder was very kind and helpful.

this location is always a mess - inside and out. Got my steps in just looking for assistance but I always get the I JUST STARTED THIS JOB guy - it's not just HD this is pretty common experience at most stores now days - Customer service is a thing of the past

I have always received the best service. Friendly, helpful and professional.

Using the app is a must. Was able to find the parts within seconds. Staff was also friendly and helpful when it came to making spare keys.

I went to HD and could not get any help in the aisle for my light selection and then was forced to self checkout where frazzled customers and harried HD employees sat in chaos. I don't work for Home Depot, I am a customer. Why am I running your checkout machines?

As a contractor I regularly visit the store at Muller. During the day you can find a staff member in a certain department that is willing to help. At night after 6 pm it's extremely difficult to find help, to get a key made or to get a tool that is locked up, most of the department's are not manned by an employee. In most cases I have to search for someone in the store to help me find something or I look it up on my HD app.

The in house security personel are very poorly trained and make it all to obvious they arent really shopping. They linger around you and up close. They make you feel like your being stalked. We have never had any kind of problem or other issue to justify the stalking. In fact, our business spends over a grand a month at home depot.

I’m doing some work on my house and make several trips each week. The staff in the paint department and checkout are awesome.
