I always enjoy shopping for plants I can try different plants every year. My DYI store. My husband and I do alot of around the house up keep. From treating our deck to shower replacements, and appliances. We love Home Depot

If you need customer assistance, ask for Mae at the Customer Service Counter. She provided above and beyond help. She was friendly, patient, and determined. She has restored my faith in humanity.

I was at your store today loading some grout for my contractors only 3 bags but very heavy I'm 65 yrs old One of your men seen I was struggling walked straight up with a smile and said let me help you with that the kindness said it all Management at this location is outstanding Great experience my store

What an incredible associate they have in Jonathan in the Garden Dept., he went above and beyond and back to get me the items in the flooring dept that I needed. He rocks.

When I went to buy air conditioning filters at the Mueller Home Depot, I knew that I did so in defiant resistance to the coming cataclysm, and so I reveled in the small and personal moments when the helpful clerk (Robert) walked me through the steps in using the blasphemous “self-serve” checkout kiosk. These small acts of kindness in the face of mortality and an uncaring universe are what make us human, and worthy of remembrance.

If you need assistance at this store stand and yell for Will- a tall African American man who is their number 1 associate with the most fantastic desire to help you- He’ll walk you to the area you need, and even help you out to the car if need be. I’m a fan now- go Home Depot!!

I WENT IN TO GET A LAWN MOWER AND THE FULL PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I HAD 2 PEOPLE HELP ME PICK THE ONE I CAME IN FOR AND 2 PEOPLE HELPED ME TAKE THE MOWER TO MY CAR.

Well an employee talked me down from buying a weed eater to buying a replacement head. The head didn't work and damaged my weed eater. At returns, the returns woman called me a liar because I couldnt name the employee who helped me and George told me that my time isnt important. More saving, more doing? You people wasted hours across two days and lost a customer that's been shopping here for a decade. Randy and Karen were much better managers who valued customer time.

I’m in and out of here all the time both for my job and working on my own house. The staff is friendly and more helpful than has been the case always it be sorts of stores. They have a good selection and their product is swift and easy to use.

Anybody who ever shopped at this location knows that it's extremely busy. However, when you go curbside, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and extremely fast. I would definitely shop here again again.

I was looking for items to repair my rain gutters and asked an employee where I could find the gutters and accessories in stock. He helped me and pointed me to the isle I needed to be in. But before walking to the area I needed to go, I asked him if there was something to repair a small hole in my gutter. He said yes, and asked me if I needed him to go with me. I said no and thanked him.

This Home Depot always has trouble keeping the grounds clean and products stocked and in the right places. Traffic flow is a nightmare and pricing is ridiculously high on many items, but usually you can find what you need if you dig hard enough or don't mind cobbling together some Frankensteinian monster of several parts when the one you need is not available.

When I know what I need, Home Depot is nearby and has the item in stock ... often with a myriad of choices and variants. When I don't know what I need, I receive an education at no extra cost!

Needed all the tubing to replace on my sink and found employee to help me find them and was given exactly what I needed

Associates who work the cashier lines, especially Crystal, do not belong in customer service. They are terrible, disrespectful, and are a terrible reflection of this business. Why are there always teens lingering in the parking lot anyway? You have some great and knowledgeable people working in the isles and within departments who are ready to help, but for your cashier's to be unbothered to seal the experience or even unknowledgeable enough to contradict these dept level workers is not doing this location any service.

The Customer Service rep, Melissa, was very helpful on the visit. She is very good at communicating and understanding what was needed and helped me find the items I was looking for.

Need a tool asap working out of town from Houston and thank god they had it in stock

No one greeted, offered to help, or even acknowledged my presence despite many walking past.

I have used this Home Depot off an on for last couple years and they are excellent. Jeannette in customer service was a pleasure to work with and the cashiers are friendly and helpful.
