All my experiences at this Home Depot has been outstanding. From the layout of the store (which I know by heart from spending so much time there) to the helpfulness of the employees. I highly recommend this store to all my friends and co-workers.

As always, we were greeted at the store entrance. Assistance was available immediately, and was extremely helpful. The cashier, Damaris was very pleasant and her customer service skills were on point!

Fantastic customer service and great selection. I enjoy just being in the store, not to mention all the great products.

the employees were not a all helpful. I spent way too much time trying to get the product I wanted of the shelf than needed because of lack of help. If I did not need the product asap I would had left without buying anything. However the saving grace was at the checkout lane. Pat was a delight & very friendly & exactly the person your store needs to be the "face" of the company. The angry mood I was in dissipated and I actually left the store in a happy frame of mind. Idea...have her hire the employees and they might turn out to be as good at their job as she is.

Roger in building supplies is Awesome!!! He goes out of his way to help customers and fellow employees. I ask for him every time i need anything in lumber or building supplies.

I always enjoy going to the Mueller Home Depot store. I have a very small dog and I'm allowed to take there and it seems to have a little than the other stores along with the atmosphere. The store is also kept very neat and organized.

Between the three employees they made the visit very smooth and pleasant. I had numerous questions about plumbing and Paul knew everything necessary to get me through my project. Karin went above and beyond by having a boxed heater assembled for me that I would not have purchased otherwise. And at checkout Pilar at the Pro desk was the kindest most helpful and patient person.I had a ton of stuff and when I had put a product back due to price limitations she found the same product on sale for me online that was within my budget and was able to get it after all. Great experience, thank all of you.

Great service. Master Gardener Ron Winn shared a great deal of knowledge regarding lawn care and he even had a handout that I could take home! On the survey, I was asked whether the cashier asked me about a Home Depot credit card. I used the self-checkout area, so those questions didn't apply.

This a store great with real listening sale associates.

I went in not having much knowledge about building things and George in the wood cutting department went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and had everything that I needed. Thanks for a great experience!

I have had terrible waiting times and experiences with the online orders desk. Always understaffed and confused employees, even when I bring an order number. There is ALWAYS a wait. It is more efficient to grab it yourself instead of waiting on them to pick it and ring it out. But if you only pick up online orders like I do, do yourself a favor and just drive to the one off Mopac! Worth it!

Patricia was awesome, positive and uplifting. She put a warm smile on my face, and I walked into the store in a poor mood. She is an asset to your store

Friendly staff and tidy store.

I was working on refinishing an old deck. The client wanted an orbital sander to remove paint. Didn't work well. Jesus and Drew were really helpful. Set me up with a better type of sander, worked much better.

VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLES . ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE TO ASSIT ME .THE STORE VERY CLEAN ORGANIZE .

If you are needing help in the paint department look for Scott or the little old lady both are wise and willing to give you any advise you need!

Has a great paint department and lights selection that fits the styles of the neighborhood. Nice rentals department. Weekends are really busy but weeknights are convenient.

The lady that checked me out had the best personality! Very kind, thoughtful and courteous. I had purchased a DeWalt leaf blower and she walked me to the door to make sure the alarm would not go off in case the electronic tag was not removed. Now who gets customer service like that! Thank you!!!

I think the reason why the cashier was so rude was because she is actually not someone who is expert in these areas where she would be interested in a customer which really doesn't help at all with having a good experience at the store. It just kind of ruins the whole experience.

We are consistantly amazed at the quality of employee at this Home Depot. Helpful, always knowledgeable and really enjoy working with the customers.

Despite my clear lack of any handyman ability, I always seem to get what I need here, and get the project done. Staff are always helpful, and nice.

I often chuckle about how the staff at Home Depot should get extra pay for laughing at my cheesy jokes and attempts to establish a connection. It's clear they've been trained; folks who have been on staff for a while know every detail to help any customer out with any number of problems. I've experienced it and witnessed it on many occasions.
