store was clean, staff very friendly, easy to find products

We have traditionally used Home Depot for our home repair and building needs. This store was not our favorite when we first visited, but we have come to really appreciate the folks in the Mueller store. The store is always clean (too much stuff in the main aisles, as is true with all big-box stores!), but we find the employees to be genuinely caring, helpful, pleasant and well informed. We often bring out 3 4-legged children when we visit, and many of the employees recognize us when we come in with a friendly greeting. Some even know the names of our "kids!" No where else does that happen. We feel very welcome and at home in this Home DepotCEL

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND PRODUCTS WERE EASE TO FIND. HELP WAS READLY AVAILABLE. WHEN ASSISTANCE WAS NEEDED, EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EFFICIENT IN GETTING ME TO THE CORRECT PRODUCT AND/OR LOCATION.

The night time lighting is horrible. Friendly store

Teresa (electrical) and Cyndi (paint) are my "go to" associates. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to direct you to the products you want to purchase.

the store is always clean, with products readily available. i went in to look for a new refrigerator and the associate was extremely helpful in advising on different brands and quality. will definitely be purchasing my fridge here.

This store has everything one would need to do a project.

If you need lumber in this store, look for George. He is your man! Experienced, helpful, he'll take the time to talk through your project with you. He is who you're looking for when you take the trip to HD.

George, in Building Supplies was very helpful, friendly, and gave me excellent advice on the products I needed for my small home repair. He made my shopping experience easy and hassle-free! I really appreciate excellent customer service.

I needed help on a project I had never done before. Luke, Teresa, and Kelly made sure I got all the parts I needed. They even offered ideas to complete my project. They never gave up on me. This team is awesome!

I had an idea for building some extra storage in my kitchen, so I went to the store to get some supplies. While there I needed some wood cut down and employee Scott was right there to help. He went the extra mile asking what I was working on and suggesting materials that would make the project better and run smoother. He made sure we had all of the measurements right and that I had thought of all the materials I needed. When he was finished cutting down the materials, he made sure to point me in the right direction to find the hardware I needed. While the employees of Home Depot are always helpful--Scott was really extra great. He didn't condescend to me, which is something inexperience often as a young woman in hardware stores. He was genuinely interested in my project and how to make it the best it could be. I'll be looking for Scott when I come up with my next home improvement project!

Store was clean and most of the products I wanted were in stock. They didn't have the air filter I wanted though, and the layout was a little confusing.

I have always had a positive experience at this store...friendly staff and everything I need. They have a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, and also I went recently to buy paint and everyone was extremely helpful.

I found everything I need at a fair Price! I was help quickly and the person was fast and friendly!

Returning something I purchased was very easy and even though I didn't need help finding the items I needed, an associate asked me if I needed help and guiding me anyway. I also like the fact that I can bring my dog here while I do some shopping. Great store & great customer service.

I visit this Home Depot store regularly. The friendly and helpful store associates make this a great store to visit. I am always impressed by how the associates can so accurately direct me to the location of items I am looking for.

My Associate, Luke, gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had in any store in my entire life. He helped me solve a rather unique problem, spending an extensive amount of time helping me figure out the best solution. He crafted the replacement part I needed in store, and fixed the original as well. I cannot thank him enough.

THEY NEED TO CARRY CAST IRON PIPE FITTINGS AND 105 SIDING MOST OF THE OLD HARDWARE STORES AND LUMBER YARDS HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS
