you need to remodel your store and bring it up to date as you serve also goodyear is very messy not like other stores and i hear lot of people complaining about it but that's your desition

I spent over 45 minutes looking for a kitchen sink strainer/drain. After about 30 minutes, I found an associate, he was talking to another customer for almost 10 minutes before he even acknowleged my prescence. Then it took him another 10 minutes to find the location for my part. There was a lot of empty shelf space where the tag was, and only one part in the wrong location.

THIS SALES PERSON WAS THE BEST! I FORGOT HER NAME BUT THIS WAS THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT. SHE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! EVEN WALKED ME OUTSIDE TO GET A SIGNAL TO GO OUT THE APP... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

It bothers me that you have an online price that we use as a tool to give estimates and when you arrive at the store the prices are 30% more. Which means less profit and. Wrong pricing. Unbelievable.

I had to replace my washer so dud some online research and comparing. Ended up at Home Depot. I knew ahead of time that they didn't have the washer I wanted but it was only a couple of days wait. Delivered early this morning, the guys were terrific and quick.

Please relocate toilet parts from BATH back to the PLUMBING aisles.

Do not go to this location. Everything is locked behind gate and key. There are no employees to unlock or assist. The online quantity does not match what the location has in stock. All employees that could be found were manning the self-checkout kiosks. They're more worried about theft than helping customer. Will not return to this location 100% Unsure if I'll return to another HD.

I am a SERIOUS do-it-myselfer. The Avondale Home Depot is always my first choice. I can almost always find just what I need, but occasionally when I can’t, someone in an orange apron is nearby to assist. From department staff to cashiers, to customer service, all seem to want the customer to have a great experience, and will go out if their way to make that happen. Bottom line: This is the SERIOUS handyman’s shopping destination!

I would recommend if you have to go to Home Depot do not go to this one. They are rude and could careless about what you need. Employees at this location feel like the customer is an interruption of their work NOT the purpose of their work. Take the drive to a Home Depot in the east valley it is worth the drive!

Great store, but I went to check out after buying a water softener expecting to get a big discount for first time purchase on my new Home Depot credit card an they refused it because I didn’t have a coupon that they sent me in the mail.

I try to avoid going to this store if I can. It is cluttered, poorly organized, and in some departments dirty, especially lumber. The store that I worked in #942, the manger would not put up with this level of chaos.

I’ve spent over 50’000 - and they are terrible following up at this location Patrick / Avondale location -was the only person to help with anything

I shop at Home Depot just about everyday and before shopping for the items, get a drink of water and try to use the restroom and they’re locked. Myself and lots of other shoppers need to use the restrooms. Please unlock them.

This s store is always a mess. Boxes laying in the aisles, an absolute disaster of a parking lot (trash everywhere), and I can never find an employee to help. The new self checkouts make wait times longer. I avoid this store unless I can go very early in the morning.

If you need appliances Jaime is the man to see! He was awesome !!!

I do sewing and crafting and Cecil help me get all the supplies I needed and showed me how to put my pegboards together and told me how to mount them on my wall. He was such a great help.

We bought 2weeks ago new fridge GE Café, absolutely love it! A new water softener, best investment. A big thank you to Jaime Rincon, Appliance Specialist, for his excellent customer service, and looking for us all the best deals, discounts, and perks with TheHomeDepot credit card. Finally a HomeOwner and HomeDepot will be my second home! Lots of projects in the making!

For power washing equipment, this isn’t the best place to shop for one. So I was going to try out my Home Depot cc and get this purchase. Unfortunately, the purchase was halted and I had to call in for approval. I’m not waiting for anyone’s approval. You want me to use the card then it’s approved. This Home Depot card got shredded as soon as I got home. Don’t need the headache. Other then that the sale lady was very helpful.

Yvonne was very helpful and my my shopping experience fast and easy.

We came to Home Depot to shop in the garden area and a lady by the name of Susan helped us. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to show us where the items were that we needed. The garden area was stocked with a good variety of plants too! The cashier who helped us check out name was Helen. She had a lovely and positive personality. It is so nice to have great customer service and it really makes peoples day a lot better! Keep up the great work ladies :)
