Although I didn't need assistance, I was asked by a couple of employees if I needed help. This was very much appreciated, as opposed to having to try to locate an employee to assist me.

Some of the hardware is hard to find. There needs to be more price signs on the plants.

Great place to shop. But crowded in some areas. ( needs more paint color choices)

I like the Balch Springs Home Depot because it's a bit smaller than most others. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They consistently ask if you need any assistance. I appreciate that!

I have been to alot of Home Depot's all over DFW, this one could be better! Agents have been rude, unhelpful & uninformed!

I had gone in the store with a small list in hand, but no idea where to start. I found Miss Donnie in the Plumbing department, and in less than a minute I had all the parts I needed and was able to browse around the store before it closed. She was very kind, helpful and informative. I will definitely go back to this location.

It was about 8:30am on a Monday when I visited the store. Although I was purchasing items in the lawn and garden department, I could not enter that area from the parking lot. I purchased 50 pounds of pond rocks, and a few plant stakes. Because I was given your sales paper when I came in, I decided to purchase a 50 pound bag of cement while it was on sale. As I was walking around the store, I thought I would purchase a child assistant light switch, but you no longer carry them. I looked for a 'touch' light bulb, but you do not have them. I wanted to look at lamp shades while I was there, but you only had one lamp shade and it was not the style I was looking for. After I checked out with my purchases, there was no one to help me load my purchases. I am a senior, and it was hard for me to lift the 50 pound bags of pond rocks and cement.

I love this store. My wife get's mad at me because I won't go to the grocery store or Wal-Mart with her, But I'll jump at the chance to go to Homedepot.

I had to have help finding the product I was looking for. The associate I asked was very nice and helpful.

Every time I go I truly enjoy it. This time I was looking for fences which I did not find any. I have visited other Home Deport stores and they have different ones.

Home Depot has improved their customer service and now I enjoy shopping and sometimes just browsing the store again.

Cashiers are the highlite of this store. It is a very busy store and the cashiers keep things moving with a smile and a positive attitude

FROM BEGINNING TO END MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT YOUR BALCH SPRINGS HOME DEPOT WAS FANTASTIC. IT CUT MY STRESS LEVEL IN HALF. I WENT IN DREADING TO LOOK FOR A VANITY FOR OUR BATHROOM. A YOUNG MAN (UNFORTUNETLY, I FORGOT HIS NAME, HE WAS IN THE KITCHEN DEPT) HE HELPED ME AS MUCH AS HE COULD WAS NICE ENOUGH TO MEASURE A FEW CABINETS FOR ME. HE THEN WAS KIND ENOUGH TO CALL ELVIS WHO WAS MORE OF AN EXPERTISE AS HE PUT IT WITH KITCHEN & BATHROOM CABINETS. ELVIS WAS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL BUT VERY KNOWELEDGABLE REGARDING THE PRODUCT, HE SUGGESTED SEVERAL OPTIONS, MOST OF ALL HE LISTENED TO MY NEEDS NOT ONCE INTERUPPITING ME & THEREFORE HE WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND SO EFFICIENT, EVEN PUTTING TOGETHER A VISUALIZATION OF HOW THE CABINETS WOULD ACTUALLY LOOK, PRINTED IT OUT FOR ME TO SHOW MY HUSBAND. THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE BECAUSE IT SHOWED ME HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. HE WENT THAT EXTRA MILE. ELIANA & BEN WERE ALSO VERY NICE AT CLOSE OF MY PURCHASE THNX FOR THE HELP &SMILE

I always find what I need at this Home Depot location, and the customer service is excellent.

the store is well organized, but iles are always closed and or cluttered. There are not enough employees to help customers locate items, load heavy items, buy carpet and vinyl flooring, or get specifics on appliances. But that has just been in the past 3 months of me shopping at this location for my conveinence.

the wasnt suffient stock of the item i purchased. i was told the item was no longer going to be restocked also.

The garbage disposal I was looking for was not available. I also needed a 6" straight shower arm in oil rubber bronze, I described it to the associate and even showed him an example. He took me to the shower curtain rods. I explained again and he had a blank look on his face then directed me to aisle 7 and left.
