Everything is sky high, caulk is $4.98 each!!! W.O.W

I would recommend a Home Depot, but it’s up to their chores to figure out which one they wanna go to. This one is way out of my area

I bought a maytag washing machine. Will return when I need to update dryer to match. It's a very pretty machine and name brand.

I tried to order a curb side pickup for 10 sheets of plywood, 10 2x4’s and 10 boxes of vinyl flooring. It took almost 2 hours for them to get my order ready even though I told them I was on my way in the app. They also tried to only give me 9 of each item. They brought my one flooring and I kept waiting on the other sheet of plywood and 2x4 and when they finally brought it to the front it was the wrong size. Horrible experience at this store and went to the Terrell store for the rest of my supplies.

Waited over 30 minutes for help in electrical and no one showed. Asked for a manager no one showed. And to top it off I have never been in this store with so few customers inside. No excuse for such bad service

Always has what I need any day, any time, and not often do I have to wait to check out.

I found what I needed and was not over priced.

I’ve decreased most of my business out of this store over the past few years. I took a chance on getting a couple of stoves delivered and the delivery driver cussed out my worker on site and when I called and talked to Jason, he assured they would redeliver the following work day. Instead a refund showed up minus the delivery charge on my card and have called several times but no one on the pro desk calls you back. The lack of customer service is why I do very little business with the black springs branch.

My shopping experience with Home Depot was a very pleasant one because of an employee Afif Jaber.AJ was very professional,informative and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions which made me very comfortable in making my purchase.This is my 2nd purchase in 2 months where AJ helped me..I will be making another purchase in a couple of weeks and will request AJ.In an age where customer svc is lacking its a pleasant surprise to actually get good customer svc...and he is so FUNNY!!!

Employees see a customer and go the opposite direction. Nearly impossible to get any help. I have been shopping her for 20 years and it just seems to get worse.

Jasmine at customer service took the time to help me on the phone with my question about availability of the viral artificial Christmas tree at HD. She even physically went to the seasonal section to look herself. She was unable to locate the viral artificial Christmas tree I was searching high and low for, but the story doesn’t end here. Five minutes later my phone rang and it was Jasmine! She found an unopened tree in the return section and called me back immediately. Jasmine not only made a nice $500+ sale, she made a customer extremely happy. Because of her go the extra mile efforts, the 90 mile one way drive to pick it up was well worth it! Home Depot at Balch Springs should feel honored to have an associate like Jasmine!

Awesome return policy

I was in the lawn and garden buying bags of mulch and bricks to work on my yard. There was a guy walking around obviously at work but avoiding me pulling down bags of mulch. I asked him to help me get some of the bags of mulch. I’m not saying I’m helpless but they’re there to do a job and he wasn’t doing anything so to come and help a woman with multiple bags of mulch would not have stopped his workload of doing nothing. While checking out I’m normally asked if I’m alone do I need help loading my car. It was a very much older gentleman behind me that saw I was alone with bags of mulch and bricks so he asked the guy in checkout in lawn and garden was he going to get someone to help me load my car. The guy told him that he could help me. He told him that if he helped me God would repay him when he got to heaven. I found that very insensitive because the gentleman was a very older gentleman. He told the young gentleman there are people paid to do this. He told him if he helped me God would double pay him once he got to heaven. The insensitivity of it all was very off putting. I’ve had people call to get me help to load my car on multiple occasions. Secondly you don’t know what peoples religious are so some topics in public and work should be off the table. Sensitively training needs to be had because that situation could have taken a very different turn with the wrong individual

I’m tired of being treated like a thief and like I owe Home Depot something when they need us customers.

Purpose of visit was a return. While in the store I needed compression coupler for Diggs irrigation system that was purchased at Homedepot and 1/2 in. Pvc. Two overhead request calls were made with no response Request for management assistance was made with not response Self check out was not a pleasant experience for a Seasoned individual as myself.

Was very helpful as we shopped and was very polite. Awesome manager.

Poor customer service. Long lines. Terrible business model of going not self checkout.

Everything shows in stock, I placed online order 7pm Friday night and get a call 2pm Saturday to inform 50% of my order was not avaliable. Told rep on phone PLEASE do store credit so I did'nt have to wait 3-7 days for card credit, was told NO PROBLEM. Went to pick up and 50% of items told not avaliable were right there in store. I had to come out of pocket an additional $2000 for items right there in store because they had already processed card refund. Fencing is not cheap and due to LAZY employees I now am still waiting on my card credit. Never had an issue with Home Depot but BALCH SPRINGS store and emplyees are unless !!!! NEVER AGAIN, I will go across town verses dealing with this place.

I bought my Swiffer mop a couple months back and the pump put working so I brought it back to exchange it well the associate wasn't very cooperative she said it had to be the exact same thing I was willing to pay the additional price difference with the new style mop but she said I couldn't do that so I ended up coming home without a mop. And she couldn't even find it on my HD rewards and I know I put it on there I'll put everything on there

Last week I went to take advantage of their 6 month, no interest for purchases over $299 on their credit cars. The associates offered help and advise without me asking. A rare quality, I'm sad to say. It was a great trip.

You can never find anyone to help manager didn't talk to me waited by customer service for 1/2 hour never showed up called for him twice never shop here and talk bad about service to everyone will also be doing bad yelp and Google reviews

One cashier in customer service is super rude, don't ever get her help she is rude as hell.. her name is Jasmin..

The best help I was able to get. Both associates went above and beyond.

My most recent visit, was looking for a insecticide for my yard, too many to choose, that's when a associate stop and ask if I need help, he show me the 2 most reliable and effective products for my yard, his advise and expertise on his department, help make me decide on the product, I didn’t get his name but all I can said Thank you.

For some reason the review I just did showed the Balch springs store but if was nit the Balch springs store I went to it was the one in irving ,75061 and the cashier Linda with the walker was extremely helpful and nice and polite, the parking lot is ral dirty with trash and their are multiple people just standing at the front and in the driveways blocking traffic and asking for work .... very annoying

Great costumer service store wide.

Since being a senior citizen who doesn't like to drive the distance any longer, this store is convenient for me, especially with the variety of Ryobi products I have purchased numerous times. Recently purchased a Ryobi lawnmower this week from this store. LOVE this homedepot.

Raymond should not be an Home Depot employee. He lies when are in stock he is too lazy to pull out a ladder and get items from overstock. He was rude enough to tell me “ can order it myself. “ while another employee named Roy just laughed neither wanted to help and treated me as if I did not belong in the store. I’m very confused and disturbed about the situation that took place. Want more in detail just reach out.
