Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Home Depot Spring Deals available?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and setting up appliances indoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Don't miss out on these bargains.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On your house's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that can let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Stop by our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople and builders! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to hone fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. This fun kids' project is happening on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
