Do not return a Penske truck from this store. It’s too busy there is little to no parking for those large size trucks. The employee made me wait about 20 minutes while he drove up and down the isles of the parking lot looking for a parking spot. This is unacceptable. Not to mention he had not completed my inspection. What if he would have hit something then would I be held liable? There needs to be a procedure in place that does not include the customer having to suffer because this location lacks parking for these large size trucks. And the manager in rentals had very little regard for my issue he didn’t even try to figure out what was going on. Just told me the agent had to complete the inspection. Understandable but he did not take into account how long I had been waiting so he refused to help me. I had him get his manager.I am a patient person and understandable but this needs to be addressed.

Store was organized and the employees were friendly and available to assist!

Visited the Balch Springs Home Depot store today and was extremely please with the service that Bobby from the plumbing department gave us. He was very tentative and extremely knowledgeable as he assisted my grandson and I on a project that we were working on. Its extremely rare to find someone in any store that is willing to help AND make sure that we understand how to use whatever we are purchasing. Even my grandson who is 7 years old made the comment, "Grampa that was a nice guy who wants to help us". What a novel idea to have an employee that truly cares about his customers. Kudos to whomever hired Bobby and whomever trained him.

The employee's at the Balch Spring Home Depo, really take good care of the customers, I been going to this Home Depot since 1996 and I really appreciate the Staff, Thank Balch Spring Home Depo Staff. The store was clean, the young man took us to mthe Isle 7 where we could find what we needed.

This store is so full that you can barely walk through the place, good luck finding anyone that knows where whatever you are looking for, if YOU can find what you are looking for, you can check yourself out!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my Home Depot. It's slightly smaller than other stores, so it's a little more personal. All the associates are friendly and seek me out to see if I need assistance. I love it

I have no problem with the town east store but it further from my house and after back 3 surgeries I dont like having to ask my 77 yr old father to take his 47 yr old daughter to get plants to design my yard. My yard was coming out fine but these last three times have been terrible. Town east is just just too far. Town east is 15 miles and elm is 4 miles but service has gone down the hill.

Hand Wonderful help from Randal in the Garden Center. Loaded over 50 bags of soil, mulch and rocks, pavers and flowers. Great selection & help at this location. I will be back.

I am running for office in Dallas, Texas for Dallas ISD School Board and I visited the Home Depot in Mesquite, Texas for the supplies that I was looking for and they were out of stock (4x4 steel u-post item #099713048897) but The Home Deport Store in Balch Springs was my saving grace they had them in stock. Good looking out to make sure you had the items in stock during campaign season.

I enjoy going to this store. The clerks are usually friendly and helpful. However, I am on the phone now with home depot because we bought a storm door and wanted to get someone to come out and install it. I have been transferred 3 times and on hold now for 30 mins. I do not mind waiting for a few minutes, but to be put on hold for this long is unacceptable.

Floor employees are generally rude and not knowledgeable or professional about assisting customers. Seem disinterested in customer issues. However the cashier was extremely nice.

Im older and disabled. I needed some help, a young guy named Ramon was there with a smile, walked to the other side of the store to help me, then loaded the stuff into my car for me. He was the best and I am very thankful for his help. He is an asset to the company. Told manager Jorge about Ramon, he needs a raise, lol. defiantly a great employee. Thank you Ramon for your help, i could not have lifted those for anything right now.
