need to keep stock in order

I love the fact that this store is a smaller store and therefore am able to go from one department to another to get ideas and at the same time purchase like a light bulb or soil for my plants and pay my bill. If I have questions about anything I'm able to get assistance quickly too.

Good Store and staff

Cynitha was fablous freindly, smile radiant.. I look talking to her everytime I come in the store.

When I walked in to the store and I requested for help Alexis Navarro was really helpful. He help me find all I needed for my closet. I highly rcomend this guy! Give him 5 stars!!

great store

I love the Balch Springs TX location, It's local and easy to get to. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with that added down home feeling instead of a big chain store atmosphere. And I have never encountered any female snobbery by the employees, in a line of business that has traditionally been primarily male dominated customer base.

Great helpful friendly employees. great location lots of fast food close by and gas station. convenience store close by.Kroger grocery store just down street. just about find any thing at this location

I really appreciate the friendly employees. They make you feel welcome when you enter the store and are quick to help you find what you are looking for. This is really helpful to me becausr I do not know very much about building material. They are always ready to help me to find what I need.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly, the store is clean and easy to move within the isles. Alex R. always with a smiling face, no matter which department he might be, is willing to help a customer. Say hello to Alex when you see him!

This is the closest Home Depot so I see the employees in various departments frequently. They are to a person helpful and knowledgeable in their areas and patient with my unending questions!!! They will interrupt what they are doing if they can and help figure out what I need for my projects or just where something is. It simplifies finding things, especially as large as the store is. One lady in the paint department recently spent some time helping me figure out which method of stripping and painting my fence was going to be best and which product was preferable for my particular problem. In my eternal bewilderment with house projects, she was a blessing!!! I don’t remember her name, sadly. It is the Balch Springs paint department. Both ladies in that department are always knowledgeable and helpful! The men are as well, but these two ladies are able to understand my garbled explanations!

Any help needed is always available. Store is orderly and clean. Always seem to find it hard to focus on just the things I came in to buy. Enjoy just looking at new things.

The management and employess at this store go well beyond what is needed by the customer. I have shopped there for over 10 years and never had a problem or concern that was not resolved.

Good store to shop in can get the right kind of help

I was there Sunday 8-6 and was treated badly by the garden staff. The shelves were not stocked and the staff was standing around talking instead of fronting shelves or restocking. I have never had such a bad experience at this store! I would rather drive out of my way to anther store than be treated like that again!

Cynthia provided great customer service and her skills as a cashier are exceptional.

Every time I shop at Home Depot (which is often) I antisapate a wonderful expierance! I have an account which I need to use more often, because of some much to choose from. Continue to hire nice people! I will soon be bying my flooring and water heater at the BALCH SPRINGS store, ( and please promote "CYNTHIA", she is very people orientated!

Great Assistants

they have always been very helpful to me when I go in... and when I need some wood cut to a particular size, they are always helpful and willing to cut what I need and when looking for something, they are always helpful at pointing me in the right direction or taking me to what I need...

There were enough clerks to help today, especially in paint (where they know enough to tell you when you don't know and choose the wrong paint/base/etc.) and at the cash registers. Cynthia (my cashier) was great, and the cashier next to her came to the aisle to ask if I was ready to check out (I wasn't, so I don't know her name). Not a bad visit for a home improvement store.
