I was shopping for a laminate floor and was uncertain as to which brand and style would work best for my project. Jenni Levin was extremely helpful in guiding me through the pros and cons of each selection.

I have always been able to get what I need because store has good stock. If I need help, there is someone close by to help. The store is clean and neat. Associates are friendly and helpful.

Employees helpful and knowledgeable. Supervisor Vinicio Williams is a pleasure offering excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this store. From the amazing ladies in the front of customer service to the guys over at lumber and floors and all over basically ! The managers are amazing and every time I’m there they go past the call of duty to make me feel like family and that’s why I keep shopping there and will continue forever ! The service at this store is amazing , iv been to the Central Islip store and i didn’t get the same experience, i don’t know if management is listening to us but I definitely only come to the Bay Shore store . The lady’s at the Service desk were amazing and was full of laughter and got me the help and helped me in every way I need ! Thanks for being my number one store !!!

Multiple times I have got into this store and the service is horrible. I only shop here because it's less than 5 mins away from my house. Cashiers are rude! Can never find anyone on the floor to help me! The associates always act bothered when asking them for any kind of help.

The paint dept. has this wonderful woman by the name of Judy. She is fantastic with paint colors. I can be very picky if the paint swatch does not match. Judy hits it right on. She is knowledgeable and very nice.
