I was looking for a respirator that fit under a welding mask and asked an associate nearby the welding supplies where they might keep them. His reaction was to ask why I needed one for welding. When I tried to explain the toxic gasses produced from welding with electrodes and their affects on the human body, he interrupted me to tell me that he, himself, never uses a respirator when welding and that I shouldn't do it if it irritates my lungs that much. I don't know what kind of welding he thinks he is doing, but heating up metal to the point of it melting produces harmful gasses on its own. When you add to the mix metals that have come in contact with other toxic chemicals or the flux surrounding the electrodes, respiratory health is not to be shrugged off. If he is telling people not to bother, he's going to be the source of a lot of hospital visits. Time was a issue, so I still found what I needed in the painting section, but the interaction pained me so much that I'm tempted to return it. I know I will definitely avoid stepping into that store in the future, and it frankly makes me wary of Home Depots customer service practices as a whole. I am VERY disappointed.

Visits to this store always go smoothly. I get in, show what I want, and people help me find it. The elderly guy at the entrance is awesome. No matter what item I am looking for, he knows where it is. It is a joy to see this man help others with friendliness and skill, all day long.

Unlike other Huuuuge Home Depots - this is much smaller - more neighbourly. Excellent Customer Service from the moment you enter. I drive 3 miles from my closest Home Depot to shop here

Aaron in the Lumber department is Amazing!

Kristen, a middle aged woman working customer service, was extremely rude to me. I was returning a piece of pvc pipe and a connector and she complained that the connector was hard to get off, saying it seemed like I "jammed it on there." She almost refused to return the piece, saying she couldn't find out on my receipt. She finally was able to find it. She was rude and unpleasant the entire time, without apologies. Very bad experience.

I love this store. I need a lot of help finding things. They are always very helpful. I like the door greeters too. They know where everything is. I love the garden center too. Very healthy plants.

NO VARIETY OF VEGTABLE PLANTS. NO VARIETY OF ANY TOMATOES: WHERE ARE THE EARLY GIRLS, ROMA'S, BEEF STAKE TOMATOES? NONE!! I VISITED 3 DIFFERENT DAYS IN A 2 WEEK TIME. NO REGULAR CUCUMBER PLANTS!! GET A GROWER THAT PROVIDES "VARIETY!"

All the associates I could see were really hustling to reach all the customers they could. I saw lots of smiles on the employees faces and it looked like they were taking at least a little time to get to know, or have a conversation with, each customer.
