I have lived in the area for some time and have shopped at this specific HD many times. I have usually found what I needed and got the help that I needed. I also appreciate that they are dog friendly. The associates are knowledgeable for the most part and its pretty easy to get in an out, or hang out all day if you want.

good store to have the home and garden products . The name Home depot is good for products warranty and easy to return the items. The home depot price is affordable. I like to shop at Home depot

You wait around for an hour while they try and locate the product that the computer says is in stock but they can't find it and you are told to go to another store 10 miles away and try the same scenario over again. What a wasted trip. 70 miles of travel and no product to show for it. I will try another big box lumber yard next time.

My experience at the store was fun and exciting. I was helped by two associates that helped me pick out my countertops and backsplash. I can't wait till it's installed. They were great and very helpful with me picking out what i;m going to have as final project. thanks

Went online to research, what I needed and what products I needed to do the job right. You had everything in stock per the Home Depot app I was using, got there at 7:00 AM, used app to find where in store products where. Picked up everything, even had time to browse alittle check out was great, you hired the right person, watching her handle some customers in front of line, and talking each person with a welcome smile and hello, even thou customer in front was a little difficult. You can tell she really likes working at Home Depot and customer service, great positive employee she is a keeper

Jade took our tiny paint chip sample and pieced it together meticulously to come up with a color match. She then walked us up to the register since we were the last customers of the day in her area. Super helpful and exemplified the type of customer service you'd expect to receive but don't get that often from most other stores.

Just went by to pick up some light bulbs and a grill brush. Plus, looking into purchasing some shelving and organizational closet. Everything easy to find, clean store, staff friendly and helpful.

I picked up a Nest Drop cam pro card from the shelf that had at least a dozen out on it, waited in line to pay for it, was charged for it, was told to exit the store and re-enter and go to customer service to pick it up, waited in line to pick it up, waited while they tried to find it, finally they checked their system and said "oh we don't have any of these" were not concerned that they had the card on the shelf and customers could pick one up and do they same thing, could not understand why i could possibly be upset since they refunded me. They seem to have NO issue with this ;level of customer service. PLEASE have someone check to see if they even have the item on one of the "take this card to cashier" purchse BEFORE wasting your time standing in line to pay and then get refunded for the item./

HOME DEPOT IS CLOSE AND USUALLY HAS WHAT I AM AFTER ... THE PRODUCTS ARE TOP QUALITY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEXT TO NONE ~ AND MY VERY FAVORITE BENEFIT IS THE VETERANS DISCOUNT..

We went to purchase a new grill and were assisted by Andrew who helped us pick out a model, ring it up, and load it in our car. He explained the functions and benefits of the grill we selected, making the shopping experience quick and pleasant. He was extremely helpful and dismantled it for us so that it would fit in our vehicle and showed us how to easily put it back together. We had it up and running 15 minuets after getting home. It's that kind of assistance and customer service that has us coming back to Home Depot time and time again.

I never have any trouble finding what I need or finding someone to help. I rent equipment there frequently and it is always quick, easy, and the equipment is always in great condition.

I have been to this store a lot recently and have been very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. I have received excellent customer service in every area I have visited. This store is doing a great job!

While individual attempts to spot the product were not very successful, seeking an associate's guidance proved extremely beneficial, timewise and otherwise. Check-out through the self-check out was equally cool!

I give this store a fair amount of business for a few reason: it's close to my house, it's well organized, the staff are great, and so are the prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Service was a bit slow on the first visit, but outstanding on the second. Part of the flooring we bought had to be ordered, but we were so happy with our choice that it was worth the wait.

It's always a joy to shop in the Beaverton HD- the only store I don't mind being in! I get great ideas for new projects at home as well as everything I need for school craft projects- even found random great deals on art supplies last month!! All while enjoying the presence of all the adorable well-behaved dogs we encounter every time we shop :-) Thanks, HD for making this SO much better than grocery or clothes shopping!!

I love shopping this garden department, very helpful and knowledgeable associates.

An associate saw me looking at lumber & asked if I needed help, then proceeded to help me pick out boards & load them on cart. He even pushed my loaded cart to the checkout. Plus I had a nice checkout person & competent help to load my car. I was very happy with the customer service

The Home Depot always has everything I need and more. Someday I'll be able to afford all the projects available to do.

There were associates standing at the front of the store where I could easily find them. Because I needed a specialty item, I found one and asked for assistance. He had no idea but called around until he found someone that did know what I was talking about. This second person escorted me to the section and helped me find my item. Very good help... Much better than Lowes and nearly as good as Ace! Thanks
