The Belleville Store has always had the best staff and one of the most organized I've found. Stock is always well kept and the employees always for the extra mile to help.

Mark, the check out guy was kind and helpful with a grand attitude.

The employees assisted me with a motorized cart, an associate helped me personally with my bank rep with some card issues, they gave me a water when I needed for my health issues,

I had a problem getting the lumber I needed and shared this information with Christine when checking out. Upon hearing my situation, she picked up the phone and contacted assistance, smiling and me saying... "We are going to make sure you leave with the lumber you need." Within a few minutes, two other employees arrived and immediately went to the cages to get the lumber I needed. Thanks to Christine, my work day was saved. She is Fantastic!

Steve in flooring is wonderful to work with! He has been in the business many years and is great at answering questions about different types of flooring! Measuring and installation have all happened as promised on my past 3 transactions.

I’ve been to this store many times as it is the closest Home Depot to my house. I have always been happy with the service, selection and attitude of the employees. Tonight I had a noticeably stepped up experience while buying plants. Two of the employees that work in the outside plant department were very attentive, friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a couple questions on different plants so the one of them left the register so she could walk me to the products that I needed to make sure I found them. While walking with me we had a great conversation, it was like I knew her but this was my first time meeting her. I bought something else that I had never used before, she gave me advice on how to use the product for best results and even mentioned what not to do. Great place, I left feeling happy that I chose that store to spend my money.

We have used this store on several occasions as we are doing some minor upgrades. The associates have always been very knowledgeable and work was done in a timely manner.

The associate Diane went above and beyond to insure my placing an order for counter tops was everything I was looking for.

Shopping at home depot was great. The workers there really know their stull and very helpful.

Store was nice and stocked well. One issue I had was I was pushing my cat outside loaded with 10 sheets of OSB with 9 rolls of Bundled insulation on top, hit a dip in the asphalt and the entire cart tipped over. I loaded all but 4 sheets of OSB back myself, before an associate who was standing in the doorway finally came and helped me get the last bit. They need to be a little more observant.

Wow this store is the best of all the Home depots ....We are greated always as we enter ( usually by bill) and the staff there is amazing and knowledgable....someone is always asking if they can help ....and Carolyn in the paint department is so helpful with our choices and always knows what we need to get things done.....we haven't ran across anyone that wasn't helpful at that store.Store is always well stocked and clean...need more like this!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean and organized and had what I needed. I had great help from a an Army Veteran named Scott who helped with loading heavy lumber, finding individual washers when a bin was empty, helped push two carts to check out, and loading. I'll seek him out next time I go. Ali at checkout was super helpful and friendly as well

Steve in Flooring is amazing. We went in because we were thinking about carpet in our house. We've never purchased carpet before and it seemed a bit overwhelming at first. But Steve in flooring walked us through quickly and efficiently. I never thought I was being "sold" or forced into anything. He provided excellent advice and his experience and we loved the process. We walked away very happy.

Mitch Nolan helped me in the store and helped me and was super nice. He talked and truly seemed to care about how we were doing and willing to help. This employee deserves a raise.

Found what I was looking for and the sales representative was friendly and very helpful.

Good service

During this covid time I felt very comfortable in the store. There were markers on the floor, everyone employee I saw had a mask on. a specific employee helped me named Marie and she was very helpful, kind and considerate . Knowledgeable about the area she was covering, showed me where things were. I was in and out without any problems and got exactly what I came for. Store was clean, check out was fast.
