As a former Home Depot employee it is sad to have to write this type of review. I visited this store this evening for certain items in mind. Went to Electrical for a simple question about a bulb waited about 15 minutes no associate came after being paged so I left and went on to my next item a door. Went to MillWork and 5 employees were seated at the table and no one got up to help, went to ask them for help they had to page someone, they couldn't help me. Waited, they were still sitting there. They paged an ASM, ,never came, so I left that department and went to the front of the store to the Online Order Pickup asked if there was someone in Millwork to assist and told them they were paging an ASM, another employee comes up and rudely says no one is in Millwork, I asked what time they closed he stated 10, it was now 8:25pm, so 1:35 minutes before closing and no employees in that department so I walked away grumbling to go check out and along came our "saving grace" Warren who was at the Online Order Pickup desk followed us to the register and asked if he could help. He walked with us to Millwork and got us squared away in all of 10 minutes. Got to the register to pay and the door I was buying rang up a different price, went with the cashier to show them the price and again Warren was still there helping another customer and came through again. He is the only reason why I would come back to this store. The other staff I came across in this visit were some of the unfriendliness and unprofessional individuals, they should go find other work. To the store manager, Warren is an exemplary employee who deserves great recognition for "TOP CLASS" customer service. He is the only reason why I would think of coming back to the store.

Hardware dept is always willing to help you solve a problem.

AMAZING customer service. Their employees are friggin’ unicorns in this day and age— all friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I had three different people going out of their way to help me out. They made me feel ready for the DIY mayhem that’s about to ensue. Thanks Tim, Rich, and Marianne!
