I visited this store to exchange my 5 gallon water jug. I had my 3 month old with me so I knew it was going to be challenging trying to lift the new jug. Thankfully Ernest assisted me with checking out and also put the new jug in my cart for me. Great experience!!

I go to Home Depot multiple times a week and I always find Bloomington store the most helpful.

Lots of employees standing around but no help and no cashiers. No answers and when I did find stuff, was forced to use self checkout. I don't work here.

Great employees. However, management should look into getting more staff because most of us usually need to search for help.

Amanda was so helpful on my trip on 10.11.23. She made keys and rang up my order for me. She went above and beyond.

A young lady helped me choose a washer and dryer. She knew all the answers to my questions. She wasn’t at all aggressive and has a wonderful personality. Her name is Jasmin.

Kathy in the flooring department is the best, helped us with picking a carpet and installation.

We went in to the store to just look at a new gas range and refrigerators, we were helped by Edward Reilly, we found a range we liked that ended up being a floor model, the price we thought it was ended up being way more than what we thought the sale ticket said, so we decided we’d wait on purchasing anything that day. Edward told us it was a floor model they intended to clearance and he’d check with management to see if he could get it for us at the original price we thought it was which was expired. Sure enough he came through and even called to see if we could extend the 12 month interest free to 24 months, sure enough he got us that too. He offered us excellent customer service and above and beyond pricing. He’s a rare find in todays world. Thanks Edward Reilly

Bought washer/dryer based on product availability and scheduled delivery date. Three days after purchase Home Depot sent notice that delivery would be delayed two months. No help provided! Lost valuable shopping time. Be aware and I'll never shop at the Home Depot again!!!

I haven’t had much luck at the Bloomington Home Depot lately, but this morning Ernest had me leaving with a smile! He was so helpful and joyful. It was a wonderful way to start off my day!

Had some perennials that didn't thrive to return after last season. Had the most wonderful experience with the agent at the Returns area. She went the extra mile to look up a receipt that I couldn't find at home. She made the experience very satisfying!

I love this store. Your employees are so knowledgeable and patient. I asked Ernest for a nonpermanent way to hang a flag on my apartment balcony, I had tried bungee cords and zip ties but that did not work. Ernest had the perfect solution, Husky 2 pack luggage straps. Wonderful! We do not have a Home Depot in Ramsey MN. It is well worth the 35 mile trip to visit the store in Bloomington MN and even in a MN snow storm.

I came to buy bags of salt and sand. The employees were very helpful in showing me where the items were located. The checkout was quick and Salvador was very polite and helpful loading the salt and sand bags into my car.

All the employees I encountered from start to finish were very friendly and eager to help. All of the products I needed were in-stock and there were plenty of them. It was a great shopping experience.

I bought a discounted Christmas Tree - I was thrilled. I bought it on Thursday and went to pick it up the following Saturday. HD Policy is that discounted merchandise must be picked up by the next day, or the transaction will be terminated. I had no idea of this policy, and in fact, was given an extra day to pick it up. I have usually had very good experiences with Home Depot - but this took me totally by surprise. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Apologies are not enough to turn this experience into a positive one.

Matt is an absolute star. Despite how busy the store was, he was kind, attentive and found a way to resolve my issue. Susan, although brand new, was equally warm and realized quickly that a more seasoned employee was needed. I'm so grateful to them both!
