Every time I walk in this store I am greeted by a friendly associate. The store is always in the best shape its been since I walked in the day they opened it. The managers here really must be generally people friendly because all the help in the store is genuine and sincere. I have never had a bad experience ever in this home depot

Clean and helpful. The Staff ask you if you need help as they encounter you in the aisles. During certain times of day it does get crowded at the counters, you have to be patient with the staff and plan accordingly.

THE PAINT DEPARTMENT ALWAYS HELPS YOU PICK THE RIGHT PAINTS FOR THE PROJECT AND MAKES SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE LEAVING THE DEPARTMENT.EVERYONE IN THE STORE KNOWS THEIR DEPARTMENT AND WILLING TO HELP YOU LOCATE WHAT YOU NEED.THEY HAVE EVEN SAVED ME MONEY BY TELLING ME HOW TO FIX AN ITEM WITH A FEW PARTS ALL DEPARTMENTS HAVE A GREAT SELECTION WITH PRICE RANGES .I'M THANKFUL HOME DEPOT CAME CLOSER TO OUR AREA IT MAKES OUR LIFE EASIER ,THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR COMMUNITY OUR LOCAL ASSOCIATE'S ARE GREAT :-)

This store was amazing awesome like always. Still Clean.

I have lived in Blue Ridge for 6 years, and have renovated our house, and created a huge garden. This store, not far from our address, has been instrumental in making it all a pleasure. Parking is simple. People are great. Selection is totally complete. And the Garden Center is large and well-stocked. Best of all, the staff not only knows their stuff, they are EXCEPTIONALLY happy and willing to help me every time I go there. Always a smile, always an offer to help. It's really amazing...they seem very happy with their jobs, which makes it great for us all. The place really couldn't be any better!

The store was organized, neat and clean and I know where to find almost anything I need.

We would be lost without the helpful and friendly staff at our favorite Home Depot. We've done an extensive remodel on our home and sincerely appreciate this Home Depot for the quality items and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Service desk employees very helpful and patient helping me to place a phone order for remaining retaining wall blocks and in checking other surrounding stores for available product.

My experience at this Homedepot store was great. Employees were very helpful with helping me find the products I was looking for and knowledgable of the product too. Most times at our local building supply store you cannot find anyone to help or they do not know much about their products.

I would like to thank the employees an the customer that was kind enough to help me out.. Im a short little lady and a customer along with the employee help me reach the rope I needed for my fur babys to play with.. ya know this kind of help makes people want to come back an enjoy the pleasure of shopping at Home Depot in Blue Ridge Georgia..

I went in not knowing what I needed and I found a store employee who helped me and make sure I got the right stuff

No matter where you went in the store an associate came up to assist and found solutions! They were great!

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH GREAT EMPLOYEES IN ALL AREAS OF THE STORE.

The store was not very busy when we were there which made it very nice and associates were very helpful.

We bought a Cub Cadet in Florida, since we live there. When we came to the Home Depot in Blue Ridge, Georgia, Steve was only too happy to help us with our concerns. We also own a John Deere that we purchased from Home Depot in Bonita Springs, FL and we were trying to convert from Deere to Cub. Steve helped us so much, even though he knew that we had bought the tractor in Florida just days before. He also advised us to check the tire pressure and change the oil and filter when we reach 10 hours. Wonderful customer CARE and loyalty to the store.

Overall store is a good Home Depot, the number of staff after 5:00 pm to assist is weak at best.

Lindsay in Customer Service was very professional and assisted with purchase of utility trailer and parts necessary to secure wheelchair. She weather the afternoon storms and hectic environment to obtain information necessary to complete the paperwork. Lindsay is a credit to Home Depot and made this ab awesome experience versus the nightmare we faced at other stores selling similar type trailers.

I am always happy to shop the Blue Ridge Ga Store. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Most go the extra mile to help me out. The bathrooms are clean. The store is neat and everything was easy to find.

This store is very clean; everyone is friendly and helpful. Buying a washing machine was extremely easy and the sales girl very helpful. We also visited the window and door department to learn about their doors in particular. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their products and worked hard to get us the perfect door. I understand the professional contractor that will install the door is top-notch, one of the best. Everyone in that department that we talked with are very professional and have many years experience in their field.

Everything went great for an online order. Loved the fact that you can order online and just walk in and pick up your order and go. It is always ready.
