We shop at our local Home Depot often. Very glad to have this store convenient to us so that we do not have to travel into San Antonio to get items - this saves us time, money, and frustration. Thanks for our local Boerne Home Depot.

I got everything I need at my visit...Kind of dumb you want me to fill in a certain amount of characters just to make this an acceptable post.....

Younger people not friendly or helpful. There was no one to help load heavy items. If there was another store close I would go there

I would recommend the Boerne Home Depot to anyone. The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. They are always nearby ready to help, but not hovering.

Employees were very helpful in locating the product that i requested.

Associates were very helpful and knew right where to go and helped me find the item i was looking for. Store was very clean also.

I had to ask two different clerks for help in locating products. Each one led me to where I needed to be and stayed to discuss items with me.

The store was in good order and the associates were all friendly and curtious. It was a very nice afternoon of shopping.

I praise the store for how clean it is! Especially the bathrooms!! Sunday seemed to be lacking in customer Service. When I am in there during the week I have several people who ask to help me. Not one person asked me this time.

Came in for several items. Employee in the plumbing dept. stopped to ask if I needed help...I did not have to chase someone down! Made suggestions for other products I may need to do the job so that I wouldn't have to make another trip back to the store.

Garden center staff very friendly & helpful..... but more staff training on product knowledge

I like the store for it's convenient location to my home. I dislike the store for it's "dog policy". There seem to be dogs in the store at every visit. Recently, I came across a "sheepish" looking woman coming around a corner with a big dog on a lease, when I turned the corner there was a large pile of fresh dog doo in the middle of the floor....not a pleasant experience. Why not establish a no dog policy?

Went in to purchase new appliances for our laundry room and kitchen today and was helped by one of the guys in that area. He seemed to generally want to help and made sure I had my answers before letting me make the purchases. I guess I was not showing the confidence in spending a lot on new items. To which I am very grateful Gregory!

We are novices in the electrical area and had a very specific problem we were hoping to solve with some of the new remote switching devices. we were pleasantly surprised at how many options Home Depot sells and even more surprised that Charlie knew all about all of the inventory on hand and was able to walk us through the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He is a gem! Thanks, Charlie!

Boerne Home Depot is conveniently located and not subject to the drawbacks of a big city store.

The employees in the roofing department are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The store is always immaculate and the employees very helpful.

My husband and I have both been happy each time we have visited the Boerne Home Depot store. The employees are always helpful and friendly. We recently had our washer completely break down unexpectedly and we had to visit this store to see if we could possibly get a new washer and dryer set. Our experience was wonderful and the employee who helped us was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This store may not have everything you need the staff will help you order it or find the store that has it. almost every time I am asked if I need help as opposed to hunting someone down

This store represents what all Home Depot's should look like: clean, well organized and uncluttered and maintained by happy employees.

It is always a pleasure to have someone right there to answer my questions and make my purchases easy.
