I bought a washer and dryer and their staff was very informative and got us in and out in a timely manner. Very clean environment, clean restrooms and so many friendly employees. I shop here often. They always have everything I need in stock.

Every time we go into this store employees address us almost immediately and see if we need help. On this visit we purchased a washer and dryer and Valerie was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Johnny in the paint department is the best I watched him match colors meticulously. He fixed my gray paint that looked blue on my walls and it is now the perfect color of gray! I will never go anywhere else!

Had small miscianious items I needed last minute

Overall, because this store is very convenient to me, I shop at it frequently. Over the past couple of years, in the lumber area, the floor has been full of freight and lots of fast moving items have been out-of-stock on the floor even though the web shows availability. But, recently, things have improved markedly. Store employees are good about finding products, but a 15-minute trip often took an hour or more to get products from overstock onto the floor for me to purchase (especially building materials). Recently, that aspect has improved. Hiring levels appear reasonably back to full strength. Most store personnel are friendly and helpful. Overall, things are back!!

Mike B. is the very best!!! He's usually in the Garden area of the store. I always seem to bump into him and he's always asking what I need assistance with. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what I need, every trip. Mike makes a long trip of combing the store much easier by even telling me what isles I can find, what in. That cuts my trip time there, in half. He really is an amazing employee!!! Thank you Mike for all you do!

Even though I had my ID, the cashier refused to give a military discount because I do not use apps.

This location is right on my route, so I visit here frequently. I can usually find help, if I need it.

The turf builder seed that we bought didn't populate the area we used it for, but Stephanie and Christina remedied the situation by holding us harmless and makin us whole.

I visited this Home Depot to build a catapult for a school project and Raul and Cody helped me to cut PVC pipe and went above and beyond. Amazing employees!

I typically shop your Boerne, Texas, Home Depot Facility at least twice a month and I spend more than my share of $ $ $ at this facility. IT IS A GREAT FACILITY, primarily because of the most friendly staff of this specific Home Depot, and they REALLY HELP all shoppers. You guys and gals (that is a compliment, believe me!) are the best and always help dudes like me trying to solve home problems.
