Jerry in the garden department was phenomenal in helping me to complete my TuffShed order. The order had special request, then we had issue with the debit card being declined due to bank limits. He handled everything professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Patience and Professionalism -

Sufficient, but it was extremely hard for me to understand the representative with such a strong, foreign accent.

My husband has a behavior type of dementia, but on this occasion I had no choice but to bring him into the store. The two employees I dealt with were so kind, helpful and understanding. They made my day a little better by helping me so much.

Over all my shopping experience have always been good at this location. On this occasions I asked the gentleman in the paint shop for assistance. Even though the item I was looking for was not in his department, he walked me to it and even looked in the system for it. It’s all about customer service and being there for your customers. I do T Denver his name but Thank You!

Boerne Home Depot manager and employees took time to help me make the best decision about what to buy for my project and shared information about Home Depot’s 12 month promotional financing program. The best!!!

The Boerne Home Depot Store is less than a 10-minute drive from my home. They usually have what I need in stock. If they don't, I can order what I need and have it in a few days. I am happy having a Home Depot Store close by.

We purchased a refrigerator online from Home Depot; we discovered that the door was too thick for our space when it was delivered, so that order had to be cancelled. We went to the Boerne store to look at refrigerators in person to avoid the door problem. Grace went through all the refrigerators on the floor to help us find the perfect one for our situation. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Grace and the Boerne Home Depot!

I’ve been used different locations of Home Depot’s - But the Boerne location tops them all! Since I’ve moved to Boerne it’s my number one stop for Hardware- Why? Because of the employees that work there - always helpful and all have a smile - they go out of there way to help people.

The whole experience was a disaster. Very unprofessional. It was an expensive purchase over 3K$ and we were expecting that it will leave positive emotions. HD messed up our address even though in our paperwork everything is correct. Told us to clear the space for refrigerator and we did, old one was given away and still family of 5 lives in the house without refrigerator, through the holidays ( Thanksgiving food had to be trashed). Took 3 days off work waiting for delivery and they never delivered. Thank you for your “professionalism “, you suck.

We had the unfortunate need to shop for a new refrigerator. We were not looking forward to it, but the Boerne Home Depot made shopping much easier. So glad we have a local place to shop that has people always willing to help you.

Home Depot carries a great supply of home goods and provides good service. I've been very pleased with and so grateful for the washer and dryer I purchased from them 7 years ago and both are still going strong! And there are good bargains to be found - like a $25.00 Hoover Vacuum that lasted for several years! What a deal!

Anthony helped get all the bricks I needed, and I figured it was going to take forever to load by my self. He went above and beyond to help get them loaded into my truck.

Donnie was incredibly engaging to every customer that came into his path while he was overseeing self-checkout. He offered welcomes and hellos as appropriate, offered his assistance, offered discounts for opening a credit card account, offered HVAC discount with Wills Fix It plumbing, checked for receipts as customers left....he was all over it! Highly recommend Donnie.

Went for 100' × 5' fencing wire no assistance to load in my cart. Looked for someone to helper at least call for help I was told "GOOD LUCK"! I am 72, recently widowed and I luckily found another shopper (female),l to help. It was quite a struggle, but we finally got it in. Very poor rating for this store, I don't plan.on going bsck!!

Ernie at the Boerne customer service desk is by far exceeds expectations on his professionalism, courtesy knowledge of product and overall improves my experience with Home Depot

The entire staff at this store has a smaller city, neighborly type of attitude towards their customers than that of what I've found in the big city stores. They all say hello and ask if they can help you! I'll definitely return to this store!

Good about keeping their store well stocked. Their employees have great demeanor and are quite knowledgeable about their store contents.

Staff is very customer oriented. Product price, range, and depth are excellent. If they don’t have what I want, they will try to find out where I can find what I want/need.

Don’t by appliances. I have had many bad experiences. Drivers no license can’t get in community , appliances damaged, won’t work can’t be fixed, months to get a refund. Etc.

The installers (Overhead door) are the worst example of a business. If you could give a 5 for terrible service Overhead door and their affiliate would get a 10. Home Depot admits Overhead door is a problem yet they continue to sell the installation. This is the worst service ever. The owner Ramsey hung up on my wife when she tried to find out if they going to show up. This is after they already missed another scheduled appointment. DON'T USE THIS INSTALLATION COMPANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Store was cluttered and things on the shelves weren’t maintained. Lumber areas were hard to get through and wood not priced. Carts in isles with misc. items. It was great customer services overall just messy.

Long term HD customer. Have been in every HD in San Antonio, Bulverde, Kerrville, and Boerne. I feel I have received the best customer service at the Boerne store.
