Purchase these particular tiles. No one had particular style tiles in the area nor had has the size I wanted and the price was great. I am using this tiles for as a planters. 24 x 24

I come in to get plenty of HVAC items plus waters and am usually in the Pro line to check out. I was greeted by a friendly cashier at the exit checkouts. Socheata. She helped me with large transactions in the past and small transactions today. She is one of the very few that mention I can opt in a 5000 Home Depot gift card giveaway through the survey at the bottom of every receipt and if I could do a survey on her and or store. Kudos to Socheata my first review and survey.

This is the Home Depot I shop at regularly and usually let most inconveniences just slip by. Today I arrived at 6:30pm. Store closes at 8pm. I needed landscape tumber which is located on the front sidewalk. With 20+ large utility carts lined up in front of it, I went inside to just make my purchase and then load. Pro entrance was closed, walked ti the next entrance by self checkout and not a set ngle manned register was open. I told the host i needed to buy landscape timber and was told I’d have to walk back out and grab a barcode and come back in and ring it up. I’ve purchased sheets of plywood without barcodes and loose bolts with no barcodes before at the self check. The host just logged in and brought it up. When i asked about that she said couldn’t be completed that way. Just unbelievable to me that an hour and a half before closing they are that forgetful of customer service and content on letting the customer become frustrated and realize appreciation for the business is without meaning.

Went to purchase a new Weber gas grill and was assisted by a Mr John Robert Robinson. He took the time to explain and assist me with my purchase. This made for a memorable experience.

A big thank you to the kind gentleman working in the hardware aisle. I apologize for not catching his name, but he generously helped my husband and me twice in just one week. We're truly grateful for his assistance!

With all the self checkouts and staff standing around watching. I still got harassed for stealing even with my receipt in hand. They required me to go back into the store so they could review cameras. Then tried saying I was at a different register. If they would have just looked at my receipt in the parking lot I may have not been so embarrassed. But to put me through that I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

This is the first time on a visit someone was available to help in each department. Usually it is hard to find anyone to help

I wanna share pleasant experience at the store. The employee was really helpful. He offered to bring a card loaded up heavy items. He also called ahead and when I was at the register to people were waiting for me to help me to load it up to my car. Great service highlyrecommend this store.

Staff was VERY helpful and THEY also had plenty of staff on hand to help👍👍👍

I recently had some keys made at this Home Depot and the employees there made me feel as if I was their only customer. The employee that helped me make my keys was great. Very nice and made sure all of my keys were perfect. The lady that helped me check out (even though it was self-checkout was great. She double-checked my keys to make sure they were made correctly and took care of the check out process for me. Everything was wonderful. I will absolutely return.

We had excellent service in the appliance department Kim and Gary. They both went beyond to help us find the right stove to meet our need.

When I need something, I always go to Home Depot first. If Home Depot does not have exactly what I need, I'll checkout other stores.

U r building a rental section right smack n front of an already crowded space. There is a huge unused area all around the lot n Bradenton HD that could have been purchased & used for any expansion. U r creating a bigger traffic mess n ur immediate parking area. Do better!!!

I have had a few times now where I have experienced all 3 in the same trip. How you ask. I am one of those last minute hurry up and get there before they close because my project can not move forward without a specific item so I get to the store and have trouble finding what I'm looking for and try to find someone to help which i can't until they announce it's 10 o'clock and the store is now closed to which the employees come out of the woodwork to hurry the customers out so I head to the front with or without what I went for and if I had it then I checked out which is where the customer service quality returns. But nevertheless I shouldn't be rushed to get out just because the clock strikes 10 if that is the case then the doors need to be locked well before 10there needs to be a set standard on procedure for closing when customers are still finishing up their shopping. When they rush me like that it makes me feel like they don't want my business at all almost like I'm doing the worst thing in the world by still being there. All in all though my experiences shopping there are good except those 2 things which do not occur every trip.

The manager is extremely proactive in ensuring the customer is treated with respect. He is a dying breed when it comes to customer service. I will always be loyal to this store due to him.

This store had plenty of plants that I wanted.

I would love to see a Ryobi Tools Repair Center attached to this Home Depot store.

I've purchased many things this year replacing my home that was damaged in the hurricane.

Is a good store the employees are normally helpful but it seems more often than not if I'm working on a project I have to go to the store on State Road 64 or the store on University to get what I want in stock

I bought a toilet and installation service. HD calculated $410 for installation. The plumbing company Unique Services arrived two hours after a four hour window and promptly wrote an estimate for $1,056.00 to install the toilet. I hired Cool Today Plumbing for $411.00 to do the job.

Very speedy checkout stations, and lots of personnel to help.

Store was great! However delivery was a nightmare. It took 7 attempts to deliver a refrigerator.

Customer service representative called me for feedback after the delivery of my appliances, was sending me a 50$ gift card which has never been received! Maybe a scam call, idk
