I quit using my Home Depot card by mistake. I used it the other day. When I first opened my account you gave me a limit of $5000 which was great cause I needed to do things in my kitchen and a couple months down the line you decrease it to 1800 said I was delinquent. I’m never delinquent on any of my bills. I don’t care how many credit cards I have. I’m on time all the time You do decrease my amount just when I got ready to go buy a refrigerator from you guys so I put it off on for now until I pay my stove off and I’ll go someplace else and buy a refrigerator. I didn’t appreciate the way you treated me. I was not delinquent on anything

I never any problems with anything I bought there..The recent speed bumps are to high !

Bought appliances and was told that something accidently ibwas charged for was credited. It was not. Now I have to make another trip.

I had booked an appointment with a kitchen consultant for November 1st at 11am. When I arrived Dave C. (my assigned consultant) was helping a customer. He said he never received the info about my appointment since I had booked it online. At about 11:35am it was obvious that Dave C's customer had a massive order so we asked if we could go to his associate, Dave S. Dave S. was nice enough to meet with us. He said he was a new employee and was just learning the computer system. Dave S. diligently went through two pricing summaries, with Dave C's assistance. We ended up ordering cabinets thanks to Dave S's patience and fortitude. Plus, it was a fun experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because of the complications with the originally scheduled appointment.

Home depot rather pay employees to stand at checkout and watch you check yourself out

Our salesman Jeff was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. He assisted us in choosing the right washer for us. Prompt service and delivery will be in one week.

It was the gentleman's first day working at Home Depot. He was very pleasant and helped me with all my needs.

Laurie up front, Bill in electrical and Patrick in lumber are the BEST! Laurie is always a bright spot along with an intelligent answer for a question! She never sees a stranger and is exactly what Home Depot is all about! Bill in electrical can help me with ANYTHING that I need! Smart guy and always Mr Sunshine! Patrick in lumber is also a top notch guy! He also goes out of his way to help and show me different options! All three of these employees are exactly what Home Depot stands for, customer service, caring and the willingness to provide the customer with a positive experience!

The employees actually ask if you need help or did you find everything you’ve looking for. They truly like their jobs. So I believe you treat your job well. We need more people in customer service like them.

I just want to give a big thank you to Kim for helping me get my fridge yesterday! She helped me out with the process of purchasing the product.

We came to buy batteries and replacement bulb for microwave and every time we were helped by staff to find needed aisle and better product for the price. We were also looking for upright freezer. Kimberly Smith was really helpful with questions about features of the freezer, options, price, and delivery set up. We ended up buying the freezer. We’re very grateful to Ms Smith, you needs to be proud to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable employee!

Very pleased with my experience at this store. The employees at this location went up and above to help with my landscaping purchase.

Lazy employees and rude if they have to do there job.

First they send someone out to measure….thats all they know how to do. Tell you to just pick out your flooring and pay. They set up a contractor for you but what they didn’t tell you is they might not be able to install it! The guy that did the measurements in]s not the contractor. We paid. Scheduled the install. Then they tell me I have to pick up the adhesive because that didn’t get shipped to the installers. I get to Home Depot to pick it up and they come out with a ton of extra stuff like molding and trim pieces! Can’t fit that in my fiat… so they coordinate that to be picked up by the installers which the adhesive could have also to save me a trip. The installers arrive about 4 hours late. Meanwhile the plumber has already come to disconnect the toilet and sink. He comes back to reinstall but the flooring installers still haven’t shown up yet! Bad communication. Then the installers finally get there and tell me they can’t install the floor because it needs a new sub floor. This all could have been avoided if the first guy that came out to measure actually knew what he was looking at. So a waisted trip for me to fly down on my off days to try and get this done. I got refunded the amount but still had to pay for the plumber which was $400! For nothing. And the $25 for the guy to come out and measure. Do yourself a favor and go with an actual flooring company directly!

Lazy cashier on pro desk was standing doing nothing but when I started to go to his register he said it was for phone in orders only. Nice I had to wait in the other line all the while he had nothing to do.

Can’t go wrong I highly recommend them

Recently I purchased 2 kitchen appliances @ this HOMEDEPOT and I was extremely satisfied with their products, their sale prices and their staff.

Michael in hardware stayed with me for 15 minutes and helped me make good buys at great prices.

I SHOP VERY OFTEN AT THE BRADENTON STORE. IT USUALLY HAS MOST THINGS I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE STAFF AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT. RETURNS ARE EXCEPTED AND REFUNDED PROMPTLY WITHIN THE REQUIED GUIDLINES.

Bought a new refridge and applied for new CC. Was awarded dual $100 gift cards. WOW

The refrigerator I bought was on sale in different places but I got the best deal at Home Depot

I shop that this store a lot for anything I would need for my home. Everyone is ready to help you.

Jerry from gardening was excellent. If you have any outdoor needs ask for Jerry. He seems like the go to guy with the employees as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great store great staff

I needed help with an outdoor hose and a young man named Stephan helped me. He went above and beyond to help me and I have not experienced that with many big box hardware stores, so I was very grateful for his help. He was kind and I will seek him out on my next trip to this store. It was clean and well stocked, also.

I would rather not recommend one person to many to choose from, words of mouth to friends and quality of tools & material I have purchased are outstanding.
