Good people equals good outcomes

We ordered a custom countertop and when the slab arrived at the installer we were glad we took the time to go look at it.(recommend you do that) We changed the surface to a different product and Shannon was amazing in working through the process. She also checked on a washer/dryer we had on backorder and improved the delivery date by almost 2 weeks! We will continue to shop at HD as long as you have Shannon!!

Beverly helped me select the right power washer and other items for my needs. She was proactive, knowledgeable, and found out all the details needed for me to choose. Genuinely interested in providing great customer experience. She even patiently coached more junior employees on the checkout experience and advocated for me to achieve the best outcome. Hats off Beverly! Home Depot is lucky to have you.

I met a lady named Jewell and I must say, Her mother gave her the right name. She took such good care of my husband and myself. This lady is definitely an asset to the company. I truly recommend this store and thank you Ms Jewell you are really a special person.

Was having issues with a shed order. There was no one in customer service who could help. Asked for a manager and they brought me to Terri, who was working at the registers. She went above and beyond and got the order taken care of.

Every time I shop there is a wonderful experience very helpful employees, we shop there everyday

The employees don’t know jack about what they sell. Probably worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Has no tool rental counter. Overall wouldn’t recommend this store

Online this store should of had 3 Delta Everedge shower units and bases. They only had the base. We went to another store and online they had 3 units in stock. Again they only had the wall units but couldn't find the shower bases. We picked up the walls and then back to the other store to get the base, Lots of driving around for items that were suppose

The help is pitiful and and management is no better!

The speed bumps on the north side of building are too much. Rattled my trailer and door popped open a garden product fell out. And I drive slow in parking lots.

Your customer service staff did a great job..............your supporting staff did not. Please read my comments in the survey.

Rachel at the pro department provides excellent Customer service. If item is not available, she finds out if another store has it, if can be delivered asap. Recently, vinyl gates 4' high x 6' length were no longer available. Over a two day period with contact from manufacturer rep. Special order to meet clients replacement of storm damaged gates was resolved. Today with a phone call she was able to add to my order with same day delivery. This us just one example if he Home Depot Pro Desk Team thrives on customer service.

Employees are good to help find locations of items and help with check out but finding someone with technical information is a bust.

You said you had 35 and you only had five and they were all damaged. Wasted trip having to pay someone

The folks working at the checkout were courtious and friendly.

Store fails on many issues

I love all of them but this is my favorite of all the Home Depots I've been to. It's always clean, the employees are always attentive and readily available to help, and I always find what I'm looking for. It's like a giant toy store to me. :)

I am retired but had to buy 72 concrete blocks for a landscaping project. I was dreading the idea of loading all those blocks into my truck. Four HD workers came out and had me loaded in about 3 minutes. I could not believe it. They were hard workers and happy to assist. These days customer service sometimes is lacking , but not at my Home Depot. Now I am home and can work at my own pace to finish my project. If I need more stuff, you know where I will go shopping!!!

Each Home Depot in the area stocks different skus or products depending on the manager's preferences. The Home Depot in west Bradenton on Cortez is the only location locally that carries rubber mulch. They used to carry red, black and brown. Now they only carry brown. Rubber mulch is made from recycled tires that are chipped, de-wired and dyed. They do not lose their color or fade away like pine bark mulch, that needs to be replaced annually. Rubber mulch is soft on the knees and does not attract insects. It is more expensive than pine bark mulch, but over about 3 or 4 years roughly is the break even point. (A $2-$3 bag of pine bark covers twice the square footage of a $8 bag of rubber mulch.) My wife insists on using pine bark in our entryway, but we use rubber mulch everywhere else.

The store was very busy but still items were stocked well and fairly easy to find

In the appliances department they only display one sign for an appliance and leads you to believe the sale price till you get rang up and your total is over a thousand dollars for something that displays $798. Very confusing. Do better with advertising and display on merchandise

Customer service has been very helpful and kind especially Debra, the store needs more staff like her. She has been very supportive not only to me but to the customers she has been dealing with. Thanks

Home Depot not only had a very good supply of gas cans, generators and water but they managed the increase of volume with more staffing to help the community recover. They were so kind to open their doors within hours after hurricane Milton. The staff was professional and prepared. Thank you Hone Depot❣️
