It took over a month to have a washer/dryer combo delivered and installed as the contractors were clueless as what to do! Both delivery teams requested two different upgrades, of which only ONE was required. They were not knowledgeable at all regarding setting up a basic washer/dryer! I was given the complete run around!

They put all the work on 1 or 2 guys. Instead of a lazy manager jumping in a fork truck or training up employees and paying them enough to retain them customers are stuck waiting up to 40min to get a skid of concrete loaded. You have to beg, plead, bargain and pester the employees to find someone to work!

These lady leaders solved questions and issues (when the kind male store employees referred me to them.) Cheers to THD for hiring lady leaders who help lady business women! 10 stars out of 5

I had a great experience at the Home Depot. I got a leaf blower there. They were very knowledgeable very professional help me quickly and I got it in and got out with what I wanted to get.

Dave at the pro desk was a great help. Finding the tool that I needed also I lost my keys in the store Santa Claus made sure they were back at the returns desk for me to pick up. Thank you so much for all your help.

I had a plumbing project I was not prepared for. Thankfully, Employee Willie was very helpful and saved me from not only buying the incorrect part but showed me what to buy and how to install. Everything went perfectly!!! Again, Employee Willie was so helpful and kind. If Home Depot management see these… give that man a raise!!!

Great store and location. I’m happy to see more employees on the sales floor. But, why don’t your store have a greeter?

I was unable to find what I needed online, and when I visited the store, a person in the door/windows department assisted me. Within a matter of a few minutes they directed me to exactly what I needed. Upon checkout, I was surprised to note about 10 self-service checkout terminals with scanners. When I required assistance with processing my Home Depot credit card, as the chip in it wasn't working, there were six associates waiting to assist me and solved the problem. It was a very good experience.

Jason from the tool department was able to quickly find the tools that I needed to repair a Litter Robot and was able to suggest additional advice if I needed further assistance. He went above and beyond as he showed me exactly where the items I needed were located and didn’t just say an aisle and bin number.

I always have luck with friendly and helpful cashiers when I check out. I wish there could be more employees available to help out in the aisles. At other locations, they seem to be able to ask if you need help, but I rarely see that at the Claymont store. They are busy, but don't reach out to customers normally.

Although I had to special order the shower door do to size I was comfortable in the help I received while doing so

I have now had the opportunity to utilize Home Deport Contractors on two separate installations. Both were Excellent and Fair Priced! Thank You!

Better know what you want and where it is. Because help in impossible to find, and if you do it is not their department so they can't help either.

On a recent trip, the cashier didn't seem to care if I was there or not. Two other employees went out of their way to assist me when I needed it.

My Home Depot used to have people full of knowledge willing to approach you and ask you if you needed help. You can’t get anyone to even look at you know. I bought an interior door and paid to have you install it. It took 6 months. Really? Home Depot needs to come up with a solution to fix the problems or you’ll end up like the DIY stores before you…….gone

I Never Have Issues With Home Depot Store. However I Will Never Use Their Contractors. The 2 Times I Had Expensive Customized Products,The contractors Were A Problem. Home Depot Products Are Great, the Installers Are/Were A Problem. GoodProducts, GoodPrices,Coupons, Terrible Contractors.

I won’t looking for a dishwasher and Kevin the sales person went through six or seven dishwashers explaining the features and he locks until he found the one that fitted our needs. I would like to thank Kevin for his help.

My wife and I had to get a new refrigerator because the old one died the compressor. A nice gentleman named Kenny at the Home Depot in Claymont and the appliance refrigerator department helped us out immensely very nice very friendly, helpful. The installer never showed up and didn't call. I had to call three numbers to get in touch with them. The installation is scheduled for tomorrow.

Product selection is fine, poor customer service, specially if any help needed such as price match.

I bought many flooring tiles for a bathroom remodeling project. Unfortunately, I bought the same tiles for my floor and the wal. My contractors made a suggestion to buy new ones for the wall, which made a lot of sense since the flooring tiles were all with a corse surface. But after the project there were a lot of leftovers. I really appreciate the associate who helped me to get my refund afterwards. Home depot is a great store for sure.

Thanks to Charisma for her excellent customer service in Hardware. She helped me find various sizes of bolts, washers and nuts.

I purchased a bunch of small items and had to carry them in the palms of my hands dropping some as I made my way out to my truck Come on guy's why can't you have paper bags? They said oh use a shopping cart, but the items feel through the cart also! Other Home Depot stores in Delaware have paper bags why can't this store have them?

Went to Home Depot to buy a new Weber Grill. BIG SIGN next to grills - FREE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY. Thats what I want. Ordered grill and told clerk that. Wrote up order and paid for grill. Next week grill gets delivered in BIG 160lb box undelivered. NOT THE DEAL!. Went back to HD and was told that only applied to instock grills and they were out of that model. Clerk should have told me that. So spent three hours last Saturday putting grill together that I had planned for other things. Not Happy. Wont be back.

I couldn't find an item and an emplo knew exactly where it was.

I went to the Brandywine Home Depot so that my sons could pick out a new color of paint for their room makeover and man was Josh super helpful and extremely patient with us and he explained the differences of the paint and also gave me the price rundown, which really was awesome since everyone is on a budget nowadays! I also wanted to get a sample of paint for myself, and again he was so nice and friendly and I really appreciate his wonderful customer service!!!!! Oh, and he also informed me that I could sign up to have my paint colors saved, which I thought was super cool and such a great idea! Thank you so much Josh!!!
