Ms. Beverly really knows the business' including how to "multitask", assisting multiple customers with very different product needs, keeping a strong focus on each request. I'm 78 years old and couldn't get help loading my truck while 2 employees stood there and watched me do it myself. 36 boxes of pergo flooring and 21 sheets of luan, I asked if they would help and got glaring looks and giggles and no answer

I had to have wood a sheet of wood cut to fit under my mattress. I was confused about just how it should be cut, but the employee (Preston) patiently worked with me to get the correct size. I am now home and must say the fit is perfect!

This visit was one of the most awful visits I have experienced from home depot...As a consumer yes we have option however I choose to spend my money with Home Depot and on this visit while I will give great compliments to Jackie from appliances and a young man name Ryan....who helped us in one area the gentleman Marcus in building supplies did not represent Home Depot at all on this visit while these reviews may not carry much weight it is important that upper management understands how critical it could be I am a pro member at home depot by choice and the encounter with this gentleman was in my 20+ years very unprofessional and sadly it did not matter to him one way or another how the customer felt.....It was interesting to watch how some of the associates dealt with me as the customer recent surgery has temporarily places me in a electric scooter and not being to familiar with Home Depots ADA policy if I was a consumer with a permanent disability this shopper experience may have been not just a Voice of a Customer it may have been a little more serious....it is with my sincere hopes that this survey is looked at by management and that those who were NOT a great representation of home depot are addressed as well as those who were are also such as Jackie, Kenny, and Ryan these three associates were great

I went to Home Depot Brandywine to buy paint. I wanted to buy paint for my garage. I was procrastinating to begin with and dreaded going in the store and finding someone to help me. I didn't have to "find" anyone. An employee came right up to me and asked me if I needed help. From there, it was on. She answered EVERYTHING and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had my satisfaction on her radar. I asked her for her name before I left because I had all intentions of going online and letting cooperate know all about her, when I read my receipt and it asked me to take the survey. I already knew what I was going to say. Her name is Beverly Lane and she deserves kudos. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such a caring employee.

Propane return/replace system does not work. Store is dirty - hard to sell an appliance with a heavy layer of dust on it. Back of store had impassable aisles. The aisle displays are not organized. The store manager needs to actually walk the store and instill some pride in the appearance of the store . . . you know, actually "manage"!
