Came in for a washing machine & was hoping to take it home same day. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful, we wound up taking a floor model at a big savings. Staff wrapped it and had us out the door super fast, helping us get it in our truck.

Shopping experience is great except when you have to pay. Weather you go to a cashier or you choose self serve checkout all of the card swipe terminals don’t function properly and really need to be replaced! Makes the whole experience of going to Home Depot’s store #912 in Brick NJ frustrating!!! Paying for the product should not be the problem. Replace all of the card swipe terminals in the store.

Donna went above and beyond to help me with all that I needed to purchase. I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was with the tools I was purchasing. If she didn't know the answer to a few questions I had, she immediately found another rep to ask. She was very friendly, personable and I enjoyed interacting with her. She is definitely one of the best reps I ever had help me with my shopping experience at Home Depot. I would leave a 10 star rating for her if I could.

Probably in Depot once a week. It's close and the prices are competitive. Returns are easy if you need to.

I just finished commending a few employees for today's shopping experience, but, since you are asking me, there are two other outstanding employees who helped me in the past, Ray Koczan, and a woman, Barbara in appliances. Barbara uplifts everyone when she shares "I'M TO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED"

Check out Customer Service rep was extremely efficient and personable. The Checkout line all of a sudden became long. She did a quick assessment and moved us all through in a very engaging and effective manner. High marks for her in the way she managed the situation.

We have been shopping at the Brick Home Depot for close to a year after buying a house in Point Pleasant. The Employees are so nice and helpful. It really feels like customer service has returned to NJ when we shop there. Wish all Home Depots were a good as Brick store.

The Brick Home Depot is the best home improvement center in the south Monmouth, northern Ocean County areas. Well run store, knowledgeable people.

I received an email from Home Depot ( or so I thought) saying I could get a power drill for just a $1.95 shipping. Since I shop a lot in Home Depot I figured it was above board and I signed up for it. They charged me the shipping fee and then then tried to charge me $85.95 for the drill. Thank god my credit co. caught it and stopped payment. When I brought the email and my credit card statement to the local Home Depot they just looked at me and said " it happens ". Next time I won't bother.

I’ve been shopping at that Home Depot for over 30 years they always have what I need and if they don’t have the item I’m looking for, they’ll order it for me.

Purchased a propane exchange tank with the help of a cashier. Went outside to complete the exchange and was promptly yelled at by the lot employee that they were out and he went on a rant about how they have been out all day. Here is a suggestion, make a sign telling the customers that you are all out. Problem solved!!!

Brick Home Depot, the friendly Home Depot location. There is just a shortage of different carts. The people who work there are always moving the carts back for customers to use, but there never seem to be enough of the kind for big stuff. I think they are called lumber carts and the kind for garden stuff that always seem to be too little of. If you see a kind of cart you need get it right away or it will be gone right away. Solve that problem and you may get 5 stars.

We purchased a vanity and faucet set. The vanity is only available on line, The sales associate was able to order the vanity

Bought my barbecue last summer Employees went out of their way to set up unit on other occasion matched prices return policy excellent in garden center

I had to pick up 5 gallon Behr paint containers. Way too heavy form me. The sales people jumped to help me. This location of Home Depot is wonderful. So knowledgeable, pleasant, and actually made me smile.

My purchase of a 5 gallon container of Behr paint was great. This paint is outstanding on the walls, with wonderful coverage. This is the 4th 5gallon we bought to do the entire interior. Highly recommend this paint.

She tried to overcharge us on cut wood. We went back to recut more accurately and she still tried to charge us over what we had. She was nasty and rude. We left the wood behind.

I need a new dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. Mina helped me today and it was a really pleasant experience. As a 30 something woman, I can occasionally be intimidated at stores like Home Depot but Mina answered all of my questions intelligently, patiently, and with an easy going spirit. I really appreciated working with her.

I have been to many stores and other Home Depot stores and I think that this store has better trained employees and their department displays are placed and handled professionally.

I accidentally spilled a box of metal construction hangers all over the aisle and two home deport employees came over to help me pick them up. I wish I got their names but top class talent. It’s what makes Home Depot a better shopping experience.

The staff at the Brick store is helpful & courteous as a whole. Most of the time, i need a lot of guidance & they are patient & explain well. Yesterday, Andrew helped with with Pest products. He ssked great questions & helped me find the right products for the job. He really went above & beyond with a great enthusiastic attitude.

The store was very clean and the employees were not only knowledgeable, but they were extremely helpful and pleasant as well. I was waited on hand-and-foot, and shown where all the different pieces of merchandise I needed were located. On a scale of 1 to 10, this store is a15!
