I typically do not get help at the Brickyard Store. This trip Vince helped me in multiple departments and was extremely helpful.

I got extremely good help in finding a product and learning about the product. The 2 associates who helped me were Patrick and Daniel. They informed me about certain qualities of the product which I needed to know. They took their time answering the questions I asked so that I would understand what products I should buy for my needs. These 2 young men were very professional in their dealing with me. This is why I like to come to Home Depot for what I need in garden supplies and other items.

i will for sure be visiting this store in the near future

Store organization and extra cashiers help tremendously to establish and "in and out" experience when time is important.

Big, Clean Parking lot. Lots of carts. As a retired contractor, now just a homeowner, I am good with tools and know my my products. Home Depot has both.

My contractor business partner husband and I have been visiting and purchasing from the Home Depot site since 25 years ago. (It was formerly Builders Square.) Recently, my partner suffered several strokes and has been out of the construction business for the past few years. Nevertheless, I have continued doing business with Home Depot as far as with major renovation of my home--all rooms--in the past five years. We greatly appreciate Home Depot's services and products provided to us during all those years we were running our small business. Thank you.

Associatres do not know where items can be found and don't know what services store offers

I go this store enough that everything is where it needs to be, depending on the day it is hard to find someone who offers me help, but instead I have to ask for it. Granted some days I don't want to be helped because I know what I want to get in and get out. Overall, I like the store based on ease to shop and organization.

Needed elbow joint in plumbing aisle employee was right there with ladder to get box I was in and out in less than 10 minutes way to go

Was looking for frog tape and couldn't find it right away. the staff were great help.

I have been a customer of Home Depot since you arrived in the Chicagoland area. It is refreshing to see that Home Depot is going back to what made you number one...CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Patty the cashier that took care of me actually took time to ask me if I had found everything I was looking for after she called me over to her register while I was waiting in another line. Great to see that you are going back to your roots.

For last 2 years I’ve been making over my small back yard, which looked like a desert the year we moved in. Since most of us are on the tide budgets it is challenging to have something done for a little money, and my garden was the last on the improvements list. I have been so lucky to meet Elizabeth, one of the associates in the garden section. With her help and recommendations I was able get so many beautiful plants and shrubs. Now I’m a proud owner of a small “Wonder Land”.

Over all good experience, My husband and I have been in and out , since we bought a home.This location has great associates, that are willing to assist us in what we need.
