Like most Home Depot trips it is usually hard to find an associate to help to find something. This trip was different, Miguel in flooring/window treatments approached me and asked if I needed help, then custom cut some blinds for us, then without asking went and got us a cart for the blinds. I wish more Home Depots had employees like Miguel.

The store is neat, clean and has great employees in their department that really help when asking questions.

The store is incredibly understaffed. There was a huge line at the paint desk with one man working while two girls were on their phones ignoring costumers. I could not find a electrical associate, and when I asked for one the man at the paint desk paged for one to meet me in the aisle. I waited and waited and nothing. One more thing, if you have allergies to dust then do not go into this store. There is so much dust everywhere its hard to believe.

This store has some very awesome employees! Lost my wallet and they made sure I got it back with all contents inside. They were very helpful from beginning to end of shopping experience! Kenya, Raul, Ilham, and Laura were the best ever

THE IN AND OUT TIME WAS GREAT. I GOT ASSISTANCE FROM FRIENDLY EMPLOYEE AND WAS SURPRISED HOW FAST I WAS ABLE TO CHECKOUT.

Friendly, respectful, and helpful employees. Especially a young man in the garden center who last year donated cinderblocks and delivered them to our garden (Senior Low income Residents). We used the blocks to make a corner step garden which blocks one rabbit entry and extends the space of the garden.

Most of the employees are dedicated to help you. There are some that stand out....Like Antoinette the cashier who took over 30 minutes to try to process a new application while she had a line full of people. To make matter worse when she got to my daughter and I, she decided that she wanted to have a ten minute conversation with the cashier next to her. Ignored ringing us up and than proceeded to check us out. Have you private conversations during breaks.

Store is clean, items I look for are usually in stock. Sales People helpful

Employees are scarce. The store limits the selection of several products. Example: I purchased landscaping bricks, but this store didn't carry the tops to the bricks Also, I purchased an air filter but this store did not carry the replaceable filters.. Many of the plumbing replacement parts, such as toilet parts are very cheap and don't last long. Overall, I'll continue to shop there anyways.

Always love going to the garden center in spring/early summer and fall. Love the seasonal plants.

Sheila is very rude and unhelpful. I needed help finding some lighting and it was right before closing time and she told me to go find it myself and pointed to that direction. Horrible customer experience and she should not be talking so rudely behind customers back to other store employees!

This Home Depot is excellent very knowledgeable worker, very organize and clean.

I live 5 minutes from this Home Depot, overall it's a good store. The only complaint is finding store reps for help when you need one.

I only recommend this store because it has a lot of options. The self check out is not intuitive or faster. My last visit I had friendly help but it has been hit or miss. Two out of the last three times I visited one of the items I wanted to look at where out of stock.

Everything about this store is awesome! The employees as well as the great prices and products!

I was pleasantly surprised that the isles were not in a disastrous state. I have been in this store many times and this is the cleanest that I've ever seen it. New manager? Whatever it is, keep it up. It's much nicer not needing to maneuver around boxes stacked all over the place.

I HAD TROUBLE CUTTING SOME OF THE TRIM PIECES I WAS PURCHASING AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OFFERED TO HELP. SHE LATER TOLD ME SHE WAS A SUPERVISOR, MS GARCIA. SHE HELPED ME CUT THE PIECES I NEEDED AND EVEN GAVE ME A TIP FOR PAINTING IT AFTERWARDS

I received the help I needed immediately from the sales associate in the windows/doors department. The store was organized and uncluttered. Laura was the sales associate and she was very helpful. I would recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

The store was bustling with activity. Salespeople were accommodating. Purchases were easy to make.

Will never rent a tool from this store again staff is not friendly or knowledgeable about the checkout process I will stick with armitage/Cicero store

I shopped around for about a week looking for a dryer. I found the best price at the Brickyard Home Depot. I'll be back to this store for my cleaning supplies and a washer if/when that goes out. The delivery company, Spirit Delivery was fast, efficient and very polite.
