I find it very easy to find items that I needed. And the workers easily direct me to the right aisle for a particular product I’m looking for.

Store #6877 has always been one of my favorite Home Depot locations. I genuinely enjoy shopping here. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and see familiar faces — employees who’ve worked there for years. That consistency creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes the store feel like a home away from home. That said, there’s always room for improvement, and I’ve noticed a few areas that could use attention. One in particular is the returns/customer service area. When the line gets long — say, five or more customers — and there are multiple employees behind the counter (often around four), it’s frustrating to see only one person handling the returns while others are engaged in lengthy conversations, either with each other or with customers. Building relationships is important, and I absolutely appreciate good customer service, but I believe managing the line and wait times should be just as much of a priority as creating a friendly atmosphere. Jumping in to help when things get backed up would make a big difference in customer experience and show a shared responsibility among the team. Overall, I appreciate this store and its staff. A few small changes could make the experience even better.

I bought my materials and kitchen appliances Wednesday 10/08 and can wait to get them

I was advised on an item I was in search of and was pleased with the purchase. I was also impressed with the holiday decor.

This store needs better management. The door says open at 6am to 10 but we had to wait until 8am to shop. So many issues but no time to tell you.

A great improvement at this store. They have all organized and more items in stock for you to buy. Of course, there are still items you may have to order BUT the staff is completely different too, friendly and welcoming and they approach YOU to assist you. Great job.

I bought the needed cleaning supplies and it was there.

I bought a GE Washer from Home Depot and it was left on the Hallway by the delivery drivers. Sad!

Went in for a vent with MESH!!!! for a shed tried 4 different home depots and even online but the vents they had had NO MESH!!!!

Was hard to find a sale associate. Once found, thought everything went smooth but it didn't. They ended up ringing up the wrong washing machine. I asked for a samsung washing machine, was told that they was ringing up a samsung one but they ended up with a LG model. Realized when I got home it was the wrong one. Called to cancel and to order the right one. Missed my delivery date due to this error. Was then quoted one price and was told all I had to do was show up the next day and they will honor what was quoted. That didn't happen. If I didn't need a washing machine right away, I would've purchased elsewhere. If you tell the customer one quote, keep your word.

This location has shelves stocked and employees ready and willing to help. I had a pleasant experience at this location of home depot.

Hope you don’t mind your online orders getting cancelled cause the staff can’t figure out how to put them together.

I went to store and was kinda greeted ? But when asked for help , I was directed to associate that wasn't there.. x3 times... waste of time all the time.

On April 23, 2025 I bought PolyBlend Plus non-sanded grout. When I checked out at cashier, I was not given a receipt because register ran out of paper. I asked him if he could email me a receipt, he said NO. I have received email receipts from Macy's, Target, Gap and Blue Navy. It turns out, I have to return product because it is not pre-mixed. To add insult to injury, exposure to the ingredients have cancer causing elements. I will have to use my online bank record of the transaction. Red Devil has premixed tile grout, which doesn't have cancer causing ingredients.

So I order my fridge and I know which day is coming so they call me before coming in 10 minutes and they leave my fridge in the front door. This is how they do delivered. They’re supposed to put my fridge inside my kitchen, which they did not which I get a hard time to put it inside my kitchen and I have to fix it myself. I don’t know if this fridge is brand new or something or they Give me something old. I have no idea and I have no idea who to talk to so this is very disrespectful delivery leave it on the front door and left. I need Home Depot to call me and we gotta talk. This is not right. I can order my fridge to another place. I get more respectful and the fixer the fridge how I want it. This is wasting our money and disrespectful delivery that I had and then I have to find somebody to help me to put the fridge inside to my kitchen. It was very disrespectful delivery just left to give her attitude and left.i need someone call me

I bought a set of glass shower doors, when I got home and opened the box they were the wrong style and were two different sizes. I called up the store and they said I had to bring them back. It was not easy as they weigh 90lbs. and I had a stroke and use a walker to ambulate. The return desk associate said someone probably returned them and placed different glass in the box. The plumbing manager then gave me the correct doors. When someone returns any item I think staff should verify it is actually the item they purchased,
