Products are easy to find

Would never shop there again no one would help load 18 bags of cement on my truck with a fork lift. Was told I need to buy a whole pallet of 45 bags. These bags weight 80 lbs and I’m 70 years old really sad.

I love the store, however, the unprofessional service Provided by a few supervisors is appalling and unacceptable. Supervisors Jasmin & Kat need to learn about customer service and Leadership skills. The two are Rude, snobbish and uneducated. Their Leaders need to hold them accountable too.

Raynel PASA need to be trained on good customer service

They need to hire better Sale person. Wasim sale representative he don’t like to help. He gets very unhappy when ask for help it didn’t happen first time it’s happening a lots. He love to sit in his chair and use his phone.

I made an order online that was cancelled due "items not being in stock". When I arrived at the store I found the items myself. If it wasn't for CHEVONNE and her supervisor helping me get a great discount after complaining and explaining my situation, I would give this store 1 star. Thanks to those 2 women I "MAY" continue shopping with home depot.

The good thing about this Home Depot is that it's near my home and they have almost everything i'm looking for to buy when needed. Also workers are very friendly and tend to help you the best way possible to help you find the article(s) you're looking for, i would recommend this Home Depot to family and friends.

I want to share my Home Depot @ Bruckner Boulevard and Bush Avenue in the Bronx experience with you, but i’ll start off with my perspective on Home Depot before and after today’s visit. I can recall the lack of customer service on several visits to my local and other Home Depot locations such as FL, NJ, CT, NYC, etc..., which left me feeling disappointed and drained. I told myself ‘just get use to it. Nothings going to change’. Boy was I wrong!! Things are definitely different and changing at store #6877 right in The Bronx. My colleagues and I were on our usual Home Depot run to purchase materials for our beautiful community garden located in the Bronx. We needed assistance and guidance. Gregory, the store manager was right there to lend a helping hand. I got the feeling Gregory was a bit busy, but he put those tasks aside to help us with our material list. Gregory said he’s only a page call away if we should need more assistance. He made himself available to us from beginning to end and even met us at checkout to see if there was anything else he and his team could assist with. I have to admit I was surprised. Honestly, I did not expect it. Not only was Gregory helpful and available so was his entire team. There was Nelson in Building Materials, Jeanette the Garden cashier and many more. They all were essential in helping us complete our task and they did it all with a smile. Now that’s what I call Excellent Customer Service! Thanks to Gregory and his team my perspective has changed. Thank you so much Gregory. We could have not done it without you. Also special thanks to Michellè head cashier and John.

Wilson the wood cutter is phenomenal!! So patient and through. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve had a terrible experience at this store.

I went searching for a pedestal Circulating fan and found it difficult to first find an employee and 2nd an employee who knew where anything was. I found fans all over the store and not in a designated area. I finally found the fan I was looking for after 45 minutes.

This store is the best because Ken M from flooring has the best customer service , is very knowledgeable , helpful & is such a sweetheart! He honestly made my day is very much deserving of a raise & or employee of the month would highly recommend this associate & location !!!!

A bunch of employees doing nothing standing conversing with each other not offering any assistance.

My experiences at this store have always been positive. I located the products I needed with the assistance of 2 separate floor employees, who were more than happy to answer my questions. Found my products quickly and headed to the self-service checkout, where I was again assisted by a cashier when an item I scanned froze the self-service register. The cashier politely asked me to step back, due to the precautions being taken by all of us during this worldwide health crisis. She then corrected the problem and we wished each other a good day. Thank you. Overall, I found the store to be quite clean and neat at the time I as there.

While some sort of friction (personally I called it "spice of life") may have happened in the past, never big enough to mention. Hence, the experience was always good. It is amazing how the bad attitude of one employee may make the customer think twice about favoring a store. It is the first time, in decades of favoring "Home Depot", in which a single employee made me give such a sour review to the store (which I find it unfair, as it eclipses the great service received by the employee who actually took care of me).
