Every time I shop at the Burlington location it is a great experience. The associates are very helpful and knowledgable about the products.

The Paint Dept Store Associates were very friendly and helpful.

The Home depot was cleanliness and products were easy to find. I was very happy with associate he was helpfulness.

The assistant manager did nothing to resolve anything, Instead she was more than happy to lose a sale and a customer She did not have contact information for her District Manger, and gave me the number for associate support instead of customer relations. This has been the second time I have had a major screw up with an order/ install. I have been a homeowner for 20+ years in Westamtpon NJ and have spent a TON of money at Home Depot. Which I will gladly give To LOWES.Word of mouth is powerful as we have many friends in the area also. BTW I work in retail and would never allow this to escalate to this level

This is a good store.The assistance was poor at best.My wife and I were in the main aisle,about ten feet apart,trying to find light bulbs.Several associates passed us and offered no help.Then we went to the lawn section and were trying to find a pole trimmer.The store associate stood there and never offered assistance.

The Store has always been customer friendly with all my visits. Absolute helpfulness of employees whether I'm in their Section or not is quite encouraging to me as a shopper. I enjoy Home Depot on all my visits.

Need assistance with plumbing? HD has the experts you need. The associates were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I did not have to find them they came to me asking if I need help. When I left I had the parts, and guidance to complete my project. HD Westampton/Burlington NJ is my first stop for plumbing needs.

Went to purchase a Saw and after talking to a rep. got the Ridgid one and it has been perfect. I also like the warrenty they offer if you register the product.

I went to purchase some plumbing items to repair some leaking pipes. Items were readily available and assistance was great.

We just moved to Burlington County and wanted to take advantage of a sale on custom window treatments and Meg Faunce was absolutely terrific in helping us along each step in the process., explaining details of various materials, dimensions and other options. She stayed through what should have been her lunch hour in order to assist us -- each time we look at our new blinds and shades, we'll have great recollections of your help and advice! Harvey Dawkins is probably the first person I have met casually who understood that my long white cane means I am visually impaired. He shared details about his own disability and competing in triathalonns. And Chris, one of the managers. called asditional ad associates over the PA to meet us in various aisles to help us find other items we were seeking. There's something uniquely wonderful about being on a first-name basis with associates at our local Home Depot! It najes wgwhat could be a grueling experience ever so much pleasanter and fun! e just moved to the area and this store is particularly notable for the friendliness and helpfulness of its associates. When ever I needed someone I had to walk all over the place to find them! Until I met Alan he was awesome he helped me find everything I needed even when it wasn't in his department. I believe he works in lumber and that's where I found him. He made my experience amazing! I wish the other associates were more like him!

The store was clean, the main item that brought me to the store was mulch and to my surprise was on sale (5 bags for $10). I picked up a bag grass seed which I thought was a bit pricey, the bird seed protector was also a bit pricey, but it was functional. The associate pointed me in the direction of the mulch that was on sale, she also pointed me to the in the direction of the bird seed protector and the seeds. I am not that familiar with the store layout.

Associate very helpful in trying to locate the item I came in for, but the associate explained that item is only available at Home Depot online there is free shipping to the store.
