Nothing special. Associate left me to stock shelves, I wasn't really helped.

The Sales Associate in the Appliance Department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing information on the appliance I wanted to purchase. He not only gave me information on the ones they had in the store, but also on ones available on line and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the product. Could not have asked for more or better service. Extremely pleased with my experience in the Appliance Department.

I went to Home Depot to get paint-only use Behr paint-and painting supplies. Found everything I needed, the paint department was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I checked out, an associate actually scanned my items for me, gave me some pointers (which were helpful) about painting and some information about products in the paint dept. to make my job easier. Very positive experience. About a month ago we were looking for a new garage door. We checked Menards and Lowes to compare quality and price. We weren't satisfied with their products nor their knowledge so we went to Home Depot and bought the one we wanted before we left the store. It was the top of the line and cost less than the others.

The store was clean as usual, and all the associates I made contact with were friendly and spoke to me with either a hello or asked if they could help me find something. I was there today to buy Deck Cover and the associate that was in the paint section was very helpful. She took the time to show me the difference in the 2 different textures the paint is available. I was not aware that it came in 2 textures and she showed me the sample board and explained the difference between the two. I then inquired about a roller or brush she would recommend I use to apply the product. She advised me that many people use a roller with a short knap (sp), but said she had used the product and felt it was easier and the results better if you use a quality brush. She told me if I had additional shopping to do I should do it because it would take her about 10 minutes to mix the color I wanted. I was gone almost 30 minutes and when I returned, she showed me where my 2 gallon cans were and offered to place them in my shopping cart. I told her I could do that but she was insistent, in a very kind way and so I allowed her to do so. She thanked me and wished me luck using the product. She was genuinely sincere and made me feel like my business was appreciated. This is just one example of why I always shop at the Burnsville Home Depot location.

Nice to shop for lumber indoors with air conditioning. Good help when called to restock lumber

Location means this store is not my primary store for my home shopping needs, but every time I am in this store I am impressed with the employees on the floor. Recently, there was a gentleman greeter with white hair that was very helpful and friendly, and previously there was a bearded gentleman with a cane in hardware that took stopped what he was doing to take time and help me with something I should have been able to do myself. Great employees.

Our cashier Craig was wonderful. Very friendly, engage with us the whole time. Included our son in conversation. We were in and out. I have worked in retail for 11 years and was absolutely pleased!!

We were especially pleased with the cashier, Craig (CJ), he was very nice and helpful and I was impressed with the amount of respect he had for us, especially respect for my father in law, who was at the store with me. -Because of this nice man, I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Horrible customer service for a simple online order and pickup

I have shopped at this Home depot for years. I have always found the associates helpful and friendly. I like this store because it is easy to find the items I am looking for.

A guy from another store told me exactly where I could find what I needed-it was right where he said it would be

Yvonne was my cashier and she went above and beyond to help me. She asked an associate to come and help and then checked me out. She is a very customer focused employee! Thanks Yvonne! Well done!!

I had an excellent experience working with an associate in the Appliance section. He was a superstar! He was very helpful and able to answer all the questions I had. I was placing a rather large order and run into an out-of-stock issue with the Microwave. He then took it upon himself to call the vendor to determine when the next shipment might be available, as it was not clear in the home depot system. Unfortunately, the vendor wasn't able to provide a date. I returned a week later and found out the Microwave was now Available. This same associate was working and remember me from the previous weekend. He was able to easily remember the details of my order and get it all coordinated for me. My complete appliance order will be delivered soon.

The enthusiasm of both Richard, my cashier, and one of his associates went out of their way to ensure my customer experience. Friendly and knowledgable made the experience outstanding. You efforts in terms of customer service is visible.

I am updating my 1968 home and the Home Depot Associates have been amazing! They have offered advice and support for my DIY projects in and around the home.

I had a special project for my wife that required "creative engineering," adding a computer shelf to a treadmill to make her workout experience more enjoyable. With the aisles clearly labeled and staff ready to help I was able to create a solution that is both functional and looks great.

1st time in this store-organized and clean- Higher quality merchandised then Menards-looked at Lighting

Every time I go in the store I am always welcomed which makes me feel that I'm being cared for. Anytime I need questions on a specific tool or where an item is located, I receive help right away. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend going to Burnsville location. You won't be disappointed.

While shopping for LED light bulbs, Matt approached me and scanned the barcode of a package of LED bulbs I had just placed in my cart. (He had recognized me from the previous day) He said "Follow me and I can show you some LED bulbs that are on sale back in lighting". I did so and discovered that a 4 pack of LED bulbs that were not 'dimmable' using a dimmer switch were just $13.00 v.s. the pack of bulbs I initially selected at $24.00. I saved over $40.00 alone on just those items! Matt had assisted me the previous day when I picked up a new storm door that I ordered on line. Great group of helpful associates...Matt, C.J. at checkout, and Nicole at the pro-desk too!

I received great customer service during my store visit.

CJ was an amazing cashier and incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. He answered questions I didn't even know I had and was incredibly understanding of any questions I had or comments I made.

The people here are friendly and very helpful. There is a very large inventory to choose from. A fantastic place to shop and grow in understanding of what works, and what may not be the best.
