This store is not really interested in individual DIY buyers. It is so understaffed it practically echoes. Employees barely engage or listen. There is no real effort to help solve a problem, esp. for an homeowner who may not have or need the newest version of an item, just a way to fix an old one. This is a contractors store. Not for homeowners.

My interactions with staff have always been satisfactory or more than. They are helpful and cheerful. I found exactly the lamp dimmer gizmo I was seeking.

The associates are always read to help and greet you with a smile! A great start to the morning!!!

Love this store! I know exactly where to find what I'm am going to buy because the exact location in on my computer screen.

Home Depot is a GREAT place to shop for home improvement needs. In the past few years they have turned their stores into wonderful places -- where the employees are always eager to help and seem happy and well compensated. Now that's how a great American company should act - and that's why they will keep getting my business!!

The sales associates are very friendly. They are always helpful and greet you with a smile and a Hello. Today, even the cashier in training (a little nervous) was friendly and made eye contact and spoke with confidence.

I had a great experience shopping for my Andersen screen door. Lots of options. Very helpful sales staff. Helped me right away. I didn't have to search for an employee. Nice store. Nice people. I will definitely go back to this Depot.

I have always been able to find the products I am looking for in the store. I do check online, first, to make sure the store carries it & where it is located. Being disabled, I need to minimize my standing/walking time/distance, and your online ability to find exactly where an item is is quite important to me.

Layout is great... placement of products is well ordered and grouped. Checkout people are helpful and personal.

We always find someone to assist us with any question, the store is clean and well-organized so it's easy to find the items we are looking for.

The Burnsville Home Depot has upgraded it's customer service. Every time I visit the store several people ask if they can help me. When I've needed help, the employees have been very friendly and helpful. Usually, I find everything I'm looking for at this store.

George did a great job walking me across the store, helped me find my part and made sure my trip was successful.

The employees are very friendly and inviting from Bill at the Front Entrance to John in Plumbing answering all my plumbing needs. Clean store with newly renovated bathrooms-VERY CLEAN

I have always had GREAT service at this location. I am an avid DYIer and use Home Depot often for supplies. At this particular Home Depot I find that the employee are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I trust the advice that they give. I just wish there was more of them on the sales floor. I love the fact that they will cut a board down for me to looking up another location that has a product if they are out of it. Please keep up the greatness it is hard to find.

I live in IOWA and have to to travel to Burnsville every 2 months. I have always had great service at this store. The employees are always very helpful and the product selection has been exceptional.

If you are shopping for appliances ask for Cheryl Babie. She knows the products and has all the answers. Friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I could go on and on but you get the point.

Shops often at Burnsville store and great to have items always in stock and peopleto help you if need. Also a great employee helped load 67 bags of mulch on 3 trips and each visit was great energy and personality.

Every time we've visited the Burnsville Home Depot we've received great customer service. Almost every employee you encounter as you make your way through the store greets you & asks if you need assistance & the cashier always asks if you need help bringing your items to your vehicle & if you do they are very helpful & courteous.

I spent a hour in the Burnsville store while my wife was having dental work done across the street. I feel they have quality products at fair prices. I also feel that they need to encourage their employees to greet all customers and offer assistance. I did not need assistance and but was ignored by quite a few of the employees. There were 4 employees that acknowledged me and quite a few that didn't.
