Wanted to just say that your employee Nadine is wonderful. When I see her she is always polite and speaks and not just to me everyone. She has helped me several times finding items and just as friendly in the check out line. You have a wonderful employee.

Always great service at this store! Of course I'm a little biased, my daughter works there! But everyone that works at Home Depot in Cabot is great. While they might not have as much inventory as a larger town I usually find what I need

I came into the store and was welcomed with smiles and was asked if I needed help finding anything today and Jennifer and Mary helped me load my heavy stuff into my car for me .

I shop at the Cabot, AR store on a regular basis to get supplies for my electrical jobs and occasionally something for the farm. I have been very pleased.

Each time I go to Home Depot for something, it is always there. If I can't seem to find it, their employees are happy to help.

Only use the store if time is a issue even though it is 1 mile from my house, traffic/drivers in Cabot suck. Never anyone to ask check pricing (items not clearly marked or not in there space. Check out about the only "friendly/helpful" area

I never thought I would get a Home Depot credit card but I’m glad I did and I thank cashier NADINE for a pleasant experience.

I have always preferred shopping at this store, the employees are so friendly and always ready to help!

My Home Depot has valet parking. You are allowed to park in the loading zone while you shop. Drivers are not asked to move cause employees don't want to be confrontational. Management shows no concern for those of us that have to wait and to load our purchases.

Don't go and try to checkout 5 minutes BEFORE closing. Had an employee (Diana) literally tell me she hated me for this because "they're closing in 5 minutes"

Based on the way a manager spoke to one of the clerks today, no, I would not recommend this store. The manager of the clerks that work the cash registered embarrassed a clerk so much in the way he spoke to her this afternoon, I was almost as embarrassed for her as she was at his tone. He was rude, abrasive, and condescending. She was trying to clarify how to handle a price discrepancy for a ceiling fan. I know what it feels like to be spoken to in a way that destroys your confidence and hinders communication from that moment forward. He was out of line.

From first entering the store, I was greeted and made to feel at "Home" Depot. In searching for special gadgets and thingamajigs, I asked for help. I received friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable help. He knew where things were located and made suggestions for accomplishing my project. Signs identifying the location of items we need are clear and made my search much easier as well.

Lack of customer service. Years ago the employees of this store were eager to help. Lucky to find anyone who knows anything.

Lyle, who was the sales associate greeted us as we were looking for a storm door. We described what we wanted and he pointed out some storm doors and explained the features of each. Lyle greatly simplified the process of getting a door and answered my questions. We were in our car and live about 65 miles from the store, he suggested that we could pay for the door and have it at will call and pick it up later this week. We followed his advice and will pick the door up on Thursday.

This location is always clean, has friendly employees and always has what I'm looking for in stock.
