Every time I order on line parts always damaged don’t just go somewhere else

This Home Depot is the best! I went to buy two items yesterday and every employee who helped me went above and beyond! The girl in Customer Service who helped me with the remote electrical unit to the young man who helped me with the bricks I needed to the young manager who helped me with pricing to the two garden employees who made sure I got the right price. They all made me feel like royalty! But that's not unusual at this particular store. I always leave there with a smile on my face. But yesterday was extra awesome!

The store was great. The employees were great. Had an easy time getting all the stuff I needed.

I frequent this store because it is near my work address. Every time that I go here, I am in and out within 10 minutes. There is never a wait at the self-check area. They always have what I need and everything is in stock.

I went in to purchase a tuff shed and the associate who assisted me was very helpful and her coworkers were also helpful compared to a different location I visited that same day.

I buy for years ,all my stuff, ihave rental so I do lot of buying , but notice store have improved a lot ,

I got most of my supplies from Home Depot and at great prices.

There are more items in the store now and the employees are MUCH MUCH friendlier and helpful. Before, some employees wouldn't help me find things and pretended they didn't speak English. The store rarely had the items I needed and the long lines at checkout were disturbing. Very nice store and employees now!

Always shop this store

I come to this location on a regular basis for my business needs. The staff are super helpful and friendly and If I look lost someone always points me in the right direction. When I have my hands full someone always offers to check out for me. I appreciate the attention, especially during a busy day.

When I was there, I asked an employee for help and he just ignored me. I thought he didn’t hear me so I went up to him and asked a question, he made a disgusted look on his face and left. I proceeded to ask for a manager and he replied that he was too busy to talk to me. It’s a real friendly place if don’t mind being treated like crap.

My husband and I came into your store looking for a heavy duty extension cord for my outdoor Garden heater. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what to look for in such an extension cord. I then asked him what type of outdoor heaters do they have he took me over to the display and explained the different types of heaters and helped us pick out a new heater that would be better Suited for our needs than what we already have. He then explained that if we are looking for the heater to go on at a certain temperature that there are temp sockets that we can plug the heater into. He went to the computer to see what was available explain the differences we chose one and bought it on the spot. I didn't even know they made such a thing. He went way above and beyond what my husband and I could have ever hoped for or expected. I did report this to the night manager at the time at the store. He was so good that I decided to do this review which is something I rarely do. I figured you get enough complaints it's time you hear a positive comment on your employees. I have many projects coming up and I am hoping if need be I can get further assistance from Alex. You need to give this guy a raise. It is rare to find someone with great customer service.

I bought 14 4ft LED light fixtures the website indicated there was over 20, I recieved a call from an employee who said there was really only 7 in stock and the others would be there in a couple days so I took the 7 and they had to refund me for the 7 that they didn't have. 2 days later I bought the other 7 the website indicated there was 15 and then got another phone call from the store indicating they only had 5. So I go to the store again to pick up the 5 and the 5 they had were different than what I had ordered. The CS girl went into the system and looked up the proper ones and iventory said there was 15 of the correct light fixures that I needed 7 of so she went to look. When she came back she informed me that they were still on the truck and they would be avalible for pickup in the morning at 5:30. So we go there at 9am today and they still don't have them. This has been going on for 4 days and 3 trips to the Camelback and 43rd ave store. They are suppose to be there in the morning again I wish someone would get it together over there because my time is valuable and this home depot has wasted quite a few hours of it this week alone. I will not recommend this store to anyone unless I simply want there time wasted.

This is my fallback store for garden, building supplies, paint, storage items and systems. Grateful for the help provided - if one associate does not know the answer, they will turn questions to a recommended, more specialized person who does. Usually a helpful person that volunteers to help load out for this "vintage-aged" lady.

This store has enough employees to help but they all stand around at the cashier stations instead of helping. I had to wait 5 minutes for no help and then went and found a second person to try and help me. I will not be going back here on purpose.

Always find what I'm looking for

Self check out should be an option NOT the only way to complete a purchase. The long lines at check out are ridiculous.

Thankfully every time I come, I have always found what I need. Employees are usually really helpful as well.

Still need to charge the batteries and use these tools. Just want to mention that if Home Depot needs to put all tools behind cages then please have someone available to OPEN these cages. I literally had to explain to the 4th Home Depot employee that I cannot pay for a tool that I cannot access.

I had task and the home depot crew helped me out, Thanks to every one.
