Extremely satisfied with my new drill set

Excellent customer service! I love coming to this location. I have another location closer to my place but this location has great customer service. Especially Edmond the general manager and Angel. Thank you so much for your great service always making me feel comfortable, and welcome to come for my projects!

Stopped in to pick up a few things to make an axle for a cart building. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Dena. She greeted me with a big smile and asked if I needed help. I was impressed by her knowledge. She helped me get all the parts I needed and gave me some great ideas I hadn't considered. No matter how busy these employees are they always go above and beyond for their customers. This is my favorite Home Depot store.

theres an overabundance of vagrance and homeless people directly in the area! very unappealing!

No Apple Pay and this location has no veterans discount . Self check out a manager is Rude very unfriendly

This this place absolutely sucks none of the employees help you they just stand around and talk to each other like a bunch idiots but they don't help customers but they just sit around and help each other the great conversation and collect the check awesome job Home Depot way to drop the ball and hiring all these people to work here video of my Home Depot experience coming soon

Since power tools are locked up I had to wait over 20 minutes for an employee. However they were so helpful, apologetic and made sure that I was checked out immediately after receiving the tool.

I was going to write a negative review after a heavy set female prodesk associate was rude, difficult to work with, and petty. I was gonna... until Lalo and Chris showed up and their professionalism and excellent customer service restored my faith in this location. Another really great employee is Omar. You want to be blown away by professionalism and excellent customer service ask for Omar. If you need a supervisor or manager, Lalo and Chris are extremely professional.

The HVAC Technician from Parker & Sons was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative and quick to diagnosis a leak in the evaporative coil. However, the price charged by the company was excessive and quote for replacing the coil was more than double from other HVAC Companies. Buyer beware!

When I need help I find an employee who is not helping another customer. They always take the time to help.

I've visited this location over 30 times in the past few months and every visit has been great! The employees are helpful and attentive! CAM is always ready to help with a smile and great attitude!

I went to buy some air filters, but when I walked by the painting area, I decided to start my project to paint my house. The employees at the painting area were attentive and resourceful; they tried to save me money, and they made the experience superb. I highly recommend this store because it has almost everything I need for my projects. I returned twice on the same day. I was in the parking lot when I remembered that I needed a few items, and when back, I found them and bought them. Employees were helpful and easy to approach and get help. I wish to win the sweepstake to purchase new appliances. I saw a fridge with a screen for the internet and an excellent washer.

Products are available and there are some knowledgeable help

The women in the checkout counter and return side were really rude as well as when checking out. Do better home depot. I wish they would’ve treated my dad better im glad i went with him to help him out.

This store is always very busy but does keep a lot of materials in stock most of the time.

I am A teacher working on a school garden . I went to buy 4 cement blocks. i picked 4 that were 1.67 each the cashier told me I had to different kinds so i asked the price difference. he said 20 cents. so i told george (the cashier) i would go get the other 2 to match the 1.67 price instead of the 1.87. he said fine i came back with 2 more from the bay and he told me they were the 1.87 ones. i told him they are in the bay and both pallets are marked 1.67. he said no they are not so i went to get a picture of the price and bays. he continued to dispute it. then finally rang me up at the 1.67. while waiting for the credit card to complete purchase he asked me with a smurk was it worth the 40 cents? it was 80 cents he couldn't even do the math. i was a little apprehensive to his remarks. i said yes when its for a school project price does matter. we are public school. he definatley changed the rest of my night making me feel bad about being frugal because i have a budget when teaching at a public school. I told him sorry if inconvenienced him. he then replies I get paid anyway. i dont even know what he meant by that.

When I arrived I asked an employee where I can get keys made he told what aisle and he also there was a machine and he was polite.

I have shop at this store for years and it has always been busy but the parking lot always looked liked a place to drop your trash.Im sure the the unconscious people are more to blame but still.
