I got a notice that 2 cabinets and 2 filler panels were ready to be picked up. I went to the store and found all 4 of these items to be damaged. One cabinet had a hole in the back of it the size of a Bowling Ball. The other Cabinet had been dropped on one side and it was crushed in about 1 inch from the bottom. When we opened the box that contained the two filler panels one was damaged on the side right in the middle of the panel and the other had the remnants of a sticker that could not be removed. Based on the original order we had lined up a contractor to install this the middle of this week. Now the new arrival date is the 22nd which is 2 days before we leave the country for 3 weeks. I had planned to have all this wrapped up before we left. My daughter is coming for Thanksgiving when we get back from our trip. Now we are in a pickle with the Holidays coming and our Lanai is a mess without these cabinets installed. My wife and I are furious with this whole process, which we allowed plenty of time to complete based on your original delivery date. I want to know what you are going to do to make this right?

One of the four kitchen cabinets had slight damage to it. Luckily it’s an easy fix for me even though it’s something i needed to fix prior to final install. It was not worth my time reordering and waiting for a new cabinet.

Went to buy a piece of ceiling grid and it was no longer available in that store they don't keep it in inventory anymore, even though it said you had 45 in stock! Put it back in stock get the forefoot and two foot sticks of ceiling grid and put them the tail back into the store

Mens bathroom , poor lighting in large stall, no handsoap at stall sink, toilet seat loose Dirty ceiling vent. Rude cashier at self checkout, smart comments when trying to pay for propane tank exchange

The garden area improved tremendously from the last time I was there. Plants/ flowers are healthy, and look lively!

This store is back in full force with customer service that I haven’t seen in a very, very long time. I was greeted twice helped directed, and even helped at the cash register self-help check out. This is the HOMEDEPOT of old that I remember and loved shopping here on Saturday midday for my flooring needs. I believe I was in and out of the store in 15 to 20 minutes, which is pretty efficient.

From top to bottom, the best service I have ever received from store employees which says, “It’s about much more than the sale!”

They have all kinds of great stuff but who knows where it is and as for help , you can forget that . I’m an older guy and needed help work as one lumber rear was above my head , I looked for help but there was no one at all I could find I walked half was across thethe store Anna saw no employees what so ever , I finally had to climb up on the rack to get what I needed , then I needed a cut , well I once again looked over the store abs still no one , I finally went to a cashier again and asked if she could get Simone to m as j k e the cut for me , after a 30 minute wait, Simone finally came back to the cutting area and did my cut , this store is horrible, if you don’t know where Abs what ups looking for good to a store that will help you

WE PURCHASED A NEW FRIDGE 2 YEARS AGO FROM HOME DEPOT, NOV . 1 OUR FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING, BEEN ALMOST 7 WEEKS TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT AS WE TOOK OUT THE 5 YEAR REPLACEMENT INSURANCE PLAN WITH ALLSTATE, FRIDGE WAS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD . ALL WE CAN SAY THANKS TO LAURA THE CEA AT HOME DEPOT FIGHTING DAILY FOR US TO GET A NEW FRIDGE GIVE HER A 10 PLUS, PLUS RATING, HOPE YOU TELL HER IF IT WAS NOT FOR HER WE WOULD STILL BE OUT IN LEFT FIELD TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT, AND GOT NO WHERE.

Out of product, every time I go, I can only get some of the things needed.

With help from the service desk I found exactly what I needed and was able to place the order quickly

I had a huge list with multiple items whickwould normally be a nightmare to order but Stevve R went treacherous item making sure it was ordered properly. I can't thank him enough for the attention and professionalism. I'll be back.

The employees were willing to help us find we needed and were very friendly.

Worst service ever, can't get help and when you find an employee they pass you off to someone else. Same problem in receiving. When I come to this store to deliver garden products can never find anyone in the receiving dock area.

We would like to thank Bud for his great customer services and Maria Wong for taking her valuable time to help us with kitchen cabinets selections. She was outstanding.

I brought some tools for a job that I didn’t need to use. Went to return them and would have thought I was summons a demon. I was questioned about like I was working for Al Capone. I was within my return date policy and had my receipt. Needless to say I will be shopping somewhere else

Home Depot Cape Coral is my go to spot.

I needed a long socket wrench 16” to reach a nut on my truck, that was well, hard to reach. They had just what I needed

I had the best experience with the Home Depot in Cape Coral on Pine Island Road. The employees were amazing and a special shout out to Brenda who went way above and beyond.

Bud at customer service was the best in all areas.

It’s disturbing to pull into Home Depot parking lot to see multiple groups of unlicensed workers waiting for someone to hire then.

I made a couple trips to purchase wood for shelving I was building in storage facility for work products and with the help of John he attended to my needs to get my wood cut to the sizes I requested both times I came in without hesitation and quickly to get me on my way. He was attentive to my request with a smile and a pleasure to work with.

We recently purchased an outdoor carpet for our lani.We met Bruce, who assisted us with cutting and wrapping the carpet. He measured the cut perfectly. I didn't need to modify the carpet to fit our space. We found him to be very personable and most helpful in selecting the best carpet for our need.

Bruce in the carpet area was very helpful and very informative and nice.

I needed certain items and had no problems getting them.
