No one created me when coming into the store. Walked around to find my own product. Saw two different Assistant managers on the front walkway.When checking out Jonkesia was too distracted texting on her phone to acknowledge me. Had several small items I was checking out with, after she scanned and provided me with total she didn't bag my items. She handed me my receipt and stood there looking at me as I had to ask the person waiting in line for room to bag my own purchase

I visit the home depot in cape coral all the time, especially the garden section. Julieanne is the cashier and is sooooo very nice and helpful!! Very efficient also!!

This is my preferred home improvement store, but today they really failed me -Normally I don't have any problem finding what I'm looking for, but today I could not find the pressure-treated 2x4 boards in 10-foot lengths. The app showed almost 400 in stock, none on the shelf where indicated, and I could not get the assistance of any associates in the lumber department since there weren't any in the area.

Rosalie in paint dept. was extremely helpful and suggested additional paints we may be interested in, which we were!

I will make it a habit to drive that extra 15 miles to reach out to this store for my shopping supplies.

Each time I go to this store, I find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They help me to find what I need and provide suggestions about how to do different repair job.

I was in the Cape Coral store about a month and a half ago buying paint. The paint that I had had mixed three months prior was the wrong color and realize that the sample they gave me was the wrong color. I brought them back and explained to the man that waited on me in the paint department, and for some reason, I think he thought I was criticizing him. I certainly was not, and I was not rude at all. However, he had me stand at the paint department for 40 minutes while everyone around me was served even though I had been the second person in line. While there was no one left in line, another employee came up and offered to assist me and the man that made me wait said he was handling it, so I was left to wait longer. I was not rude to him. I waited patiently. This was terrible customer service. I have never been in a Home Depot store anywhere where that has happened.

Everytime I go to this Home Depot there is a large crowd of men loitering in the parking lot. This is very intimidating for women shopping at this store. I feel unsafe going there by myself!

All employees were very helpful and knowledgeable!! Hard to find that these days.

Generally items are easy to locate, but if not staff is always willing to help.

Malcolm in building materials (soffits, fascia, & gutters) was VERY helpful. He stopped his stocking tasks several times to help me get the right material in convenient quantities. He made my materials gathering tasks much easier and faster than usual. Victoria is always extremely helpful at the pro desk. I'm willing to wait in line just so that she can help me. Customer service at this HomeDepot is always above my experience at other stores.

I recently went to the store to check out windows and availability of handyman. Went to the pro desk and got a list of handymen available to give me a quote on painting my garage floor, home visit for both new windows and fence. Very happy with the intake clerk. She was patient and knowledgeable.

We just recently moved to florida and we come to pine island road store all the time now. Its not even the closest store to us. But, i must say the staff are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable

As a 61 yr old woman, I was told by an employee to get on a store ladder to get pieces of heavy lumber I needed from shelves above my head after asking 2 employees for assistance!!!!! Management didn’t care!!

I have been to this store many time for various reasons. (kitchen reno, bathroom reno), and many other reasons, including plants, mulch, soil, etc. I have always had great service for the various reps in the store, helping me out with whatever I have needed.

This location in the past had a bit of a reputation. The last few years have greatly improved that reputation! Great work, keep it up!

I just want to give a shoutout out to David at Customer Service. He was able to get the toilet off the shelf, check me out and load it by himself. He was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help and I hope your back was not hurting the next day.

Moe, the store manager & Ruth were amazing. They helped us promptly with an issue, that corporate could not. We had issues after ordering online from HD, They were great & easy to work with. I would have decided never to shop at HD after the online experience, their delivery guys stealing our dryer & 4 hours on the phone with their 800 number trying to get my dryer back. Thanks to Moe & Ruth, they really helped us and I want to say thank you to both of them. You 2 are amazing!

The flooring sales staff coordinated purchases and pick up by my sub-contractors so that the construction project proceeded efficiently

I bought 4 portable chargers for stocking stuffers. Very happy with them.

From the moment you enter the store there is someone to guide you thorough the store. If you have difficulties they help you find a solution.
