We had to exchange a $900.00 tool at the Home Depot in North Fort Myers. We were told by Isabel at the customer service desk to run back and pick up the tool we needed for the exchange. After 40 minutes and four pages for assistance to unlock the cabinet for the tool, another customer had to physically go retrieve an employee to assist. Unfortunately the employee that we encountered was Supervisor Theresa, who was less than thrilled to be assisting us in our tool searching endeavors. Theresa was curt and unprofessional. Unfortunately the tool we came to exchange was not in stock, but we were able to find an additional tool we needed. After assisting us, I let Theresa know that the gentleman next to me ( the one that went in physical search of help) also needed assistance. Theresa rudely informed them that she is a supervisor and doesn’t have the time to search for the tool your website said you had in stock (four in stock). She then started walking away (taking our purchase to check out) saying she will find who is supposed to be in that department. I said thank you to the gentleman as I ran to catch up with Theresa, who was even more perturbed that I stayed I needed the tool taken to customer service to complete my transaction with Isabel and our exchange. Isabel apologized several times for Theresa’s actions and had me explain the situation to Niji (I believe, I am so sorry if I misspelled). Niji confirmed Theresa is a supervisor, an assistant manager in fact, and also apologized several times on behalf of Theresa. I want to take a moment after my rant to sincerely thank Isabel and Niji for their exceptional service and support today. You two are incredible humans and I truly appreciate you both. I hope the company you work for recognizes the type of personnel they have working for them and acknowledges them accordingly.

I had to shop quickly for a list of products with a plumber working and waiting for me to return. It was a difficult plumbing job and staff at the store got me what I needed and out the door quickly!

I buy many things in the hopes of restoring my home to prior Hurrican Ian conditions. I spend lots of money and I get my DIY projects done well. Thanks to the older parts Home Depot has that still match my home when it was constructed in 2006

Customer service desk agent Laura is knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as a pure pleasure to deal with on my issue.

This is the second time in three years that I buy flooring and Roxy helps; new laminate flooring due to Ian. My budget was limited. However, Roxy showed me my options. I was able to get a credit card and pay for my entire project with $100 off, 10% off installation, and 12 months 0% financing! Roxy has been so helpful and professional. Every time something comes up, she reaches out to me in a timely manner. 10/10 for customer service.

I was looking to clean and seal my grout. I was kindly greeted by Jean Marie and he directed me to the aisle. I stopped a young lady in the tile aisle to help me find what I was looking for. I was impressed by how much she knew about maintaining floors. She showed me my options and I made a decision based on what she recommended and my budget. Her name was Roxie. Very pleasing experience.

I got better flooring, better treatment from Home Depot Employees and saved thousands vs several other flooring companies who gave us quotes with limited types of flooring.

We were shopping for blinds for my home office and Roxana exceeded out expectations with her knowledge and customer service.

Berrie, in the customer service department helped us in a big why with working on a return for store credit. She listened to or problem and communicated with us and got the situation resolved overnight. She simple truly cares about your customers and coworkers.

I would like to thank Kelly for helping me with getting my order fulfilled. If it wasn’t for her I would probably be still trying to get someone to help me.

Placed a will call order was promised they would get polled that day. It took six phone calls and four days to get it pulled. Then they didn’t have the some of the doors that they had when I placed the order. It cost me two days a progress on my home and a few hundred dollars between a truck rental and contractors that I had to pay that didn’t have the materials to do the work..

Kiki and Julia were great on fixing a subcontractor delivery company big mistake. It was a bathroom vanity with a marble top delivered to the wrong house wrong street and the lady is moving this weekend. They were able to get two of their guys to come with a truck and pick it up and follow me to my house. After many unsuccessful attempts to get a hold of the subcontractor delivery company. They really made a very bad situation into a better one. Kiki and Julia really shined threw and handled my very angry self like a champ.

The staff at this store is very well mannered and helpful surprise to find it in nfm I love shopping at this store the staff make you feel comfortable and there on point with everything. Great job staff❤ if anything changes I'll keep you informed lol

I shop earlier in the day as the more experienceed employees are availablke Afternoon and evenings tend to have new employees and some are more interested in their own ohones that giving me the attention I need, mostly finding where things are located Today I met Brenda who was working the lumber checkout. She was very helpful in finding my drywall and also noticed a sale on paneling I wasnt expecting. Took my veterans Id and checked me out quickly.

Don’t ever buy anything major at this store. If problems arise, they don’t communicate with you. I was given wrong information by selling staff on installation of propane ranges. Management would not call me back or even email me. Finally got my fees reimbursed.

They always seem to have everything I need.

Brenda was the best cashier in the garden center!! Sometimes when I go to this one, cashiers don’t say much to me but Brenda was kind, made conversation, and made sure I had everything I needed. She also offered to get me help with taking the plants to my truck. You’ve got a keeper at this Home Depot!!

During my weekend visit, I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of Jonkesia, my cashier. Well done!

In the middle of chaos (hurricane Ian repairs) this store had a good variety of materials and the sales help was very friendly and helpful. This store is not the closest to my residence but worth the extra travel.

We live in Southwest Florida and bought the Ryobi Bug Zapper and it works great. So glad we bought it!

Most aisles are blocked by pallets no boxes of siding available in store but 40 boxes available is yard behind store.
