I was greeted by an associate who walked me to the department I was looking for. He handed me off to an associate who brought me to the product I was looking for, helping me made the decision about which tool I needed.

My experience was very good my salesperson Bud was very friendly.

Twice I went to have keys made and either the machine or the operator didn't produce a working copy to t a long costly drive to get nothing

Absolutely nobody to assist you! Lifted 3 shelving units by self, big metal framed. Was never asked if I need assistance in getting them into my vehicle. Had several aisles closed! No products on shelf’s. Over all, as always, just a terrible place to shop!

They all act like there to busy to help out i asked two people for help both said be rite back neither ever came back

Bought plastics anchors to mount items on the block wall. Achors crumbled and fell apart. Junk. Serverl items I have purchased from here have been junk. Try to shop other places.

The delivery system for Home Depot is horrible. Avoid it if you can.

completing some late shutter installs for a windmitigation report. Homedepot always has the right product mix in a very clean, friendly, and professional environment.

I went in for spray paint (rattle can), blue painter's tape, Lysol spray cleaner and something else I can't remember. Ooops Lee Keire

I buy a lot of material from HD. generally have what I need. Well stocked and clean store. Could use a few more loaders on weekends. It would be nice if there was a pro xtra check out only register. Sometimes haven’t wait on a long line for all the diy’ers. As a builder, time is money, need to get in and out quicker. Overall very good store.

I want to praise Lori for an excellent job at the service desk. She was very helpful and patient and help me to get the things I needed that day. She made my visit to the store very satisfying. She does a great job goes above and beyond her job. She made my day

Upon returning it the return associate said they could open the box and measure the bowl so I would not have to worry about returning another wrong product. The plumbing department employee refused to open the box saying he did not want to. I left and went to another Home Depot where they understood my request and gladly opened and confirmed the height to be 19". Would I return to this particular Home Depot? Not for a plumbing product. Their service was crappy.

We are completing hurricane repairs and frequent HomeDepot for materials. Recently, we were using your customer service center and a gentleman named Spencer took care of us. He was proessional, polite, respectful, and helpful. Please know how valuable he is to us and our decision to purchase our products at your store.

We were wanting to paint our living room and visited our local Home Depot the employee in the paint department was so very helpful and professional. Our project turned out perfect thank you Home Depot

Since 1985 - I have purchased many appliances, Garden Supplies, Windows, Doors, lots of paint, Crafting materials, wood, shingles, etc. and the list goes on. I have never been a desgruntled shopper. Staff has always been great - even with their advice when needed.

Good - had the product I need in stock. They cut to size for free. Bad - the cuts were poorly done and inaccurate.

I ordered tile and installation for a small flooring job for a 6'x12" laundry room. The tile came and most tiles were broken. Installer took weeks to start install only to find the broken tiles and after that I was told I had to pay more money in order to schedule re-install because he had to move a washer and dryer 10' from the laundry room (I disconnected them) to the garage. Now I'm told I'll have to pay ADDITIONAL money for him to move them again! I paid the additional $139 to them in order to re-install, PLUS I was told there will be another fee to move washer and dryer AGAIN. I still have not heard back from Home Depot or the installer after over a week after paying their additional extortion(which I don't see in our contract). I will NEVER EVER use Home Depot for any project like this again

You never can find anyone to help you in this store and I have spent several thousand dollars in this store and it has gotten bad customer service.

Lack of staff, or they were in hiding, asked one man for help, and when turned to have tools unlocked he disappeared, took quiet some time find a server who was interested in assisting me. I found this in the past after I was injured in the store, no one helped me, a customer came t9 my aid, after that service seemed to improve, but now it back to poor service.

During checkout I accidentally pulled out my card too soon. The cashier Candy yelled out “oh no what did you do!” I was a little shocked and said it’s not a big deal. She said well what about people in line. I said it’s not a big deal - relax. She got very upset and was very concerned about how the line would react. I said it’s a mistake & she said I should care what people think.

Jeff at the Pro counter is great. Home Depot was out of the particular drywall I was looking for. Jeff let me know when they expected delivery of more, offered delivery option to my jobsite, offered to set them aside and easily ready for me to pick up. He is top notch!

Cannot pinpoint why I don't care for this particular home depot, have better results traveling several more miles to Punta Gorda.

Employees were very nice and apologize couldn't help in store.. check out with other items was very quick and friendly employees.

Staff assistance has tremendously improved along with website providing aisle and bay numbers to locate merchandise I intended to purchase.

I have been shopping this Home Depot for about eight years now and I’ve never had a problem with paint or or the paint department John that works. There is great and also Leo I don’t know what is going on, but in the last two months I have had several 5 gallon, paint buckets mixed that were nowhere close to the paint chip that I picked out and had to return and have them remixed. Very inconvenient when you get to the job site and you open up the bucket and it is wrong and you have to go all the way back to the service counter, then back to the paint department and have remixed a lot of wasted hours lately

MicrowavePurchase this with a package deal about a year ago I had the company come out and fix it it broke again I called the store ask the manager if I could bring it in Charles told me to bring it in I wouldn’t have a problem and they give me another one to make a long story short the cashier couldn’t do the exchange and told me to wait for the manager come out I’m standing there for an hour finally a manager walks over and I ask him can you take care of this for me he tells me oh you’re gonna have to come back and speak to Charles tomorrow I turned around and told him no I’m not you’re gonna take care of this today well to make a long story short he did take care of it but I just think that you guys need some training on Customer Service
