The customer service was great.

How can a company with such high standards have a store so far below! Either training is poor or accountability is poor, only management would know! My choices are to spend money to drive to a further Home Depot or find the closest competitor's store. The last time I checked, this is the time of thing that put good companies out of business.

Out of heaters and kerosene while it’s freezing outside! Makes no sense! Not enough staff in the deliveries department.

I dropped a $50 dollar bill out of my pocket during checkout and upon returning to the store my cashier Miranda had found it and I was able to retrieve it!

The store overall was similarly the same as other Home Depot stores I have visited.

There is always a shortage of floor personnel to assist with finding items. One has to walk around and search for somebody. There is one lady that I always look for because she knows her stuff and is VERY helpful. She should be promoted to train others. I wish I could provide her name.

Store was in good order. Got the assistance I needed in the rug department. I felt they could have had more choices for rugs. All else went well with my shopping there.

I visited the Cascade store and received excellent customer service. I purchased a Refrigerator and the employee Mark was very helpful and took time to explain the product to me.

Great store. Friendly staff

I only come to this store because people are helpful and informative. They teach and have fun at the same time. In other words they don’t belittle me for not knowing. The paint department is the best I ever been to. They laugh and have fun with the customers while working it’s just a great atmosphere when I go there.

This store is one of my favorite Home Depots. I always enjoy the employees and my visits here!

There are always enough staff at hand to help provide a good shopping experience at this store and they always are cheerful and seems to really enjoy their work.

This store has employed a young lady by the name of "Tyra" who is a customer service rep and who is very very disrespectful. During my visit today I was insulted by this young lady, in which she asked me;"was It that time of month?"(By the way I'm a grown man with three kids I raise.) This behavior is unexcusable and for this I would tell anybody who comes across her to avoid her. She is not a good representation of an employee of Home Depot, and should be "FIRED".

GOOD STORE FOR OUR AREA. HOME DEPOT SHOULD GIVE MANY REWARD CARDS TO THE COMMUNITY. IT IS VERY CHEAP TO GIVE A FEW CARDS. YOU HAVE MANY SENIOR CITIZENS THAT CAN USE LOW INTEREST CREDIT CARD LEES THAN 10%. IF APR WERE LOW YOU WOULD GET A LARGE VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS. A VERY GOOD SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY BUT GIVE MORE BACK TO THE AREA.

FROM THE TIME THAT ASSOCIATES GREET ME AT THE DOOR UNTIL CHECK OUT, MY EXPERIENCES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
