my name is Frank and I've been in the construction business for over 20 years I have worked with many different stores and vendors and my best experiences are at the Castlerock Home Depot. Their team is great Kindra at the service desk Chris in expediting Chuck and Lance at pro sales Nadine and Maria at pro register and Bob the assistant manager. This is a great team of professionals

The store associates were extremely friendly and experience. From assistance finding my items to advice on the best way to complete my project. All my questions were answered patiently and completely. I've been to other stores by for help, products and cleanliness this is the store to shop. The only complaint is it's such a great place to shop that you have to fight the crowds because everybody likes this store

Moved into town last month and have made almost daily visits to this store. The employees are the best, they are friendly and so helpful! Ready to walk you to the items needed, they have great ideas for alternate plans when the item in mind is not available. I have gotten good ideas from them for projects in process and recommendations for things not yet thought of. The company should be proud of this store's staff!

The store associate, Curtis, in appliances was great. He took the time to make sure I had all the additional hook-ups for install and went over everything thoroughly. Great customer service from him. Since I bought during the President's Day sale there was a little bit of a wait to purchase.

If you want great service with a knowledgeable staff, this is the Home Depot to shop at. I needed blinds and I received recommendations that were very helpful.

The ease in which I made my cabinet and countertop selection was exceptional due to the associates knowledge and good taste! The items came sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with the results!!

I came in to purchase a drill. I knew I wanted at least 18V, cordless with lithium battery but didn't have much else decided. Wanda found me starring at the wall of 20 drills and took the time to ask me what features I was looking for and what applications i intended to use the drill for. She was knowledgeable about the products, was able to tell me the pros of different models and helped me find the best fit for my needs within my price range. I really appreciated the time and attention Wanda took. The next time I need to buy a power tool; I will be coming back during Wand's shift!

I have been going to this Home Depot for years. Recently I finished my basement. I also purchased a snowblower. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with building materials, returns, warranty and in every way needed. Even going to manufactures on my behalf to solve product issues. Communication was great and I could not be more pleased with the Managers and staff.

David was the most helpful employee he went above and beyond to fulfill our request and was most pleasant in doing so. He had to spend a lot of time with us and never once did I feel he did not want to do whatever he could to help us.

We are doing a kitchen, bath and laundry room remodel. The designer that we worked with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I go to the store weekly and have appreciated the excellent customer service from all sales associates.

Everytime I've gone to the Castle Rock store, the employees have been both friendly, knowledgable and helpful. If you ask for the location of an item, they walk you right to it and stay to answer questions and give suggestions!

I have never had such great service then from the castle rock location. Everyone willing to help us, even one of the associates who was on his break.

This store is always clean and the staff is always willing to help. On line ordering and getting my order was a great experience with a professional thorough and curtiouse employee.

Carlos was exceptional. He helped us with an under the counter light fixture and then helped with light bulbs. He also helped us with plant food for houseplants.

The store was clean and the employees, especially Gracie the cashier was fastastic.

Prices were listed and also had a sign that said 50% off. Once I got to the register the cashier explained the 50% was already taken off and that was the price listed. I found it very deceiving and will take my business for my home remodeling somewhere else.

I needed help determining which wood restoration product would be best for restoring the finish on my oak book cases. The associate advised me to choose the lighter color because it would be easier to change to a darker color later if needed. She certainly seemed to know what she was talking about and to understand what I was hoping to accomplish; it turned out to be the advice I needed. I am grateful for the help.

Needed a window unit for an outside door. Not an item normally stocked but the exact door was available. The employee ( Dave Taylor) spent considerable time with me and found the unit from the manufacturer; he ordered it and saved me the money and hassle of replacing the entire door.

I went to HD to get some light bulbs and to see if the HD staff had any idea how to fix the socket on my lamp that I took with me. Justin McWhorter helped us find the lights and we needed then he addressed the lamp problem. I expected him to give me some advice but he got his tools and went to work on my lamp. It was a challenge but he had the skills and determination to replace the socket which had a very unusual mounting and was cumbersome to access. Justin was AWESOME and certainly supports what I told my wife when she asked why I was going to HD rather than "Brand L". I told her that I always seem to get help at HC vs guidance at L - bid difference for a man like me that has not home etc skills. My wife and I both watched Justin with amazement in his ability to "do the impossible" We are grateful for this type of help we get at HD.

I have shopped at this location since it was first opened. My problem with this store is that I can never find an associate when I need one. I have some difficulty walking, and so my hope is always that I can minimize the amount of time I spend in any store. I recently came in to find some electrical parts, but needed assistance. I began to look around in nearby aisles- no orange anywhere. I made my way into the paint section where I finally found an associate... but he only knew the paint products. We then both went on a trek to locate "the electrical associate" and found him at the back of the store surrounded by customers who needed his help. Does anyone remember Hugh M Woods, before Home Depot put them out of business? You could walk in there and immediately be greeted by a knowledgeable tradesman. Today, I remain underwhelmed, and am seriously questioning my patronage to this store.
