I'm a regular at the Valley HD stores and am pretty self sufficient. But I seriously needed help to find the last of some disconnected flooring. Two other HD locations sent me to figure it out on my own. But this location found what I needed on the top shelf, got it down etc. Sounds like no big deal, but after the pure run around at the Tatum location this was very appreciated!

Good Customer Service the people are polite

Needed a cooler pump & a employee showed me exactly where to look. Very nice people there. Store always has what i need. Very well run store.

Sandra in the paint department was exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered expert advice with patience, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor truly set her apart.

I almost always look up the item(s) I'm looking for online, so I save time. The feature showing the Aisle and Bay number is wonderful! However, I have asked employees for assistance as well. They're always helpful and knowledgeable

I have never shopped at your Cave Creek facility

I bought my kitchen appliances there for Black Friday and got great deals.

They're extra vigilant at the checkouts to the point of being accusatory and rude. I'd skip the store and go to Ace.

Went to buy ceiling fans and drapery rods. Needed to return a wrong size light bulb. Return at Customer Service Desk went smoothly and quickly. In the store, more than one Associate asked if they could help me. At the checkout, the Associate helped with scanning my larger items and looked up my Home Depot Credit Card # and thanked me for shopping there. Wildly unexpected. Surprisingly refreshing and welcoming. Thanks Cave Creek!

I regularly shop at this location. The staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. They openly gossip and coplaign about their jobs and Home Depot.

I needed to order a replacement for my Anderson sliding screen door. Lori in the Millworks department was very helpful. She contacted Anderson Windows and doors to help figure out if the product was available and helped with order. I thank her so much. My order will be available for in store pickup in a few weeks.

The Home Depot is in a close place for a lot of people. They are friendly, helpful and see that you find everything you came for. A great place to shop.

They always have the materials I'm looking for

Floor employees were very helpful, but “cashiers” just stood around chatting amongst themselves. You have to scan & bag everything on your own. If you’re tempted to buy some of their new cut-flowers, check them first! Mine were moldy and old!

We are helping our daughter with a bathroom remodel. We ran to get 12 sheets of sheetrock and asked if someone might help us load it. We are senior citizens, but could have loaded it ourselves, but not only did two gentlemen load up our cart, they also loaded the sheets into our pickup. We both commented what great customer service they provide.

I always know that I can find what I need, and usually have a running list, just like for groceries, for my next trip to Home Depot, and I know I will be treated well, and come away with a smile!

I wanted to buy a Home Depot gift card but was worried about tampering. Home Depot protects their cards from tampering, which gives me peace of mind.

Best staff in the valley

Needed fluorescent lights for my kitchen and a new toilet seat. Both were in stock. Went to the self-check and the lady attendant help me with the process. She was friendly and helpful.
