Very happy with the work bench I bought for my husband, he loves it!

Overall, I have been satisfied with this store. My only complaint is a refund to my credit card has NOT been posted after 3 days!!!

I felt a positive vibe the moment I entered! I was there early in the morning and the store was bustling. Obviously, I'm not the only one who enjoys going to this store ... and, I'll be back!

Clerks are always friendly, helpful in all departments. Cave creek store isn't the closest to me, but by far the best customer service!

I stopped at this store last week on my way home to pick up some items I seen on the store site, couldn’t find them,I stopped in today Dave and Paula both took time to take me 2 the items ,kudos to Paula and Dave both 5stars for going above and beyond in such a hectic time in life, Thankyou to both of you

Always honored my veterans discount… was told today that the policy of giving veterans discount is for the 4 special holidays a year. They should make this known better by having signs foretelling this policy.

Went to get some plumbing supplies and went to go check out and use the veteran discount then I was told that we no longer honor the veteran discount on an every day process! Then I was abruptly cut off by the front cashier firmly explaining to me that they’re only active duty and certain days of the year that we are allowed to use our discounts. She was still assertive and forward about the restrictions and without further explanation she turned her back to me and walked away. I have shopped at this location for over 20 years and never once have I been firmly disrespected to in that manner. I said “OK and thank you ma’am “ and I checked myself out without the discount and left. I did show her my ID or attempted to and she said my VETERAN card is not going to be accepted. About 30 min later I had a friend go back to get a last supply I had missed and he got his VETERAN discount. So what gives. I believe your cashier lady name was Nikki ? Also while I’m here. Instead of 10 rows of pro or pick online purchases. Maybe make 1-3 rows for veteran parking. Just food for thought.

All the personnel there are very helpful and always friendly. The store always have what I need and always at a best price from other stores . Its always an enjoyable experience. Donna is a lady that works there and is always such a pleasure to speak to and is very helpful even though it might not be her department. And the gentleman in the wheel chair, not sure his name but that guy is always helping someone and with a smile and is a great positive asset to the store. Sincerely, Neil

This Home Depot store is very convenient to our home and we still recognize some outstanding employees who are working over this store such as Bob from the Electric Department we thank him very much and we wishing him a glorious life!
