I bought 2 chairs and a side table to add to my patio. Love these.

I thought I was going to have to take forever. Just needed 1 small item. But the first employee I asked took the time to look up what I needed and was able to direct me to the exact place in the store where I needed to go. Such a time saver. And 3 other employee all smiled and said hi as I pasted them. And the restrooms were so clean. Like restaurant clean. I was blown away.

When you come in the south end, there are no carts, because they are all out in the parking lot, not being collected and brought back in. There is no one working in the south half of the building, with the exception of three employees having social hour at the service desk, where they won't check you out. The main aisle is so full of cluttery seasonal displays that you cannot get through the store with a cart, or something bulky in your hands. ALSO... there is a FIRE DOOR on the NORTH WEST CORNER, in the old "professional parking" area that is ALWAYS BLOCKED from the outside. It would be scary for all the wood on that end to catch fire and people be trapped inside because HOME DEPOT does not respect FIRE CODE or life safety.

I went to home Depot to buy a Cub cadet zero turn mower. Jagger was the person that helped me and after the sale was completed we went to the front to get the mower. It would not start and upon checking found that the battery was disconnected to save on the battery. He got his own tools and we got the battery reconnected but it was not charged enough to start the mower. Jagger got his own jump start and helped get the more running. He went way over and above just helping and being a good employee.

I am always offered help and greeted frequently as I shop. I love the Centerville Home Depot. It is organized and clean - a pleasure to shop there.

The folks at the Centerville store are pleasant and willing to help. I shop there and in the Park City store. The Park City store is much larger and not as warmly welcoming.

Every customer service experience I have at Home Depot is a terrible one. From employees inability to find answers to questions, to being overcharged by hundreds of dollars on my purchases, to having my time wasted by being told to go to another store locations only to find out when I get there that I was told wrong information. Terrible experiences. Every. Single. Time

The employee walked me to my requested product so I could make a selection.

Bought a pallet of concrete and was informed I’d be charged $25 for the pallet. Negotiated the employees unloading the pallet so I could leave them their prized possession. What I got is one out of shape guy complaining the entire time and my brother, 65 year old dad, and I ended up unloading most of the pallet. This place has no customer service and should be avoided. The entire line behind me agreed the fee was not warranted and said so when I apologized for the delay, but they too were on my side. $25 is not worth losing business.

I had a detailed drawing of a deck I am building, but I needed help determining quantities on some items, especially Trex which I had never previously installed. Becky Larkin spent a lot of time showing options, obtaining quotes, and working up a list of materials. When it was discovered that the railing vendor had failed to quote part of the needed materials, Becky worked hard to obtain a discount to help with the sticker shock it added, and she also sent back some split boards and insisted on replacement. She had my interests in mind and went above and beyond to help me have a quality experience. Tusks Becky. Well done!

Everytime i got o home depot they have what i need the people are decent. And it's better than the "other" plce

I bought a freezer from Home Depot a few days ago. Wynn Wright was professional, friendly, and fantastic to work with.

I had to go to a different store in order to check out what it was that I wanted. I am very excited to have my order delivered next week. The salesman was very kind and helpful.

When I go to The Home Depot I always use the app to quickly find what I need. I rarely need to ask anyone for help because I know exactly where to go. Thanks!

I use home depot every day and I'm always greeted with kindness. Patience, everybody's courteous and helpful, especially all the pros. E desk associates too many to name and Jagger and John. The manager are really just good people, really friendly always will.Ing to help

Liz was so great helping us pick out new washer and dryer. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Recommend working with.her for any appliance need. The Centerville store is clean and helpful. I hate that all they have is self check out. Please bring back.some cashiers. That is the reason for the loss of a star.

The two young men working the self check out were very professional and helpful! I did get there names one of the young men might have been being trained! Both were very helpful to me! Love Centerville Home Depot!

Feel some how descriminated.

I frequently shop at home depot, although my frequency has dropped off enough that not as many associated know my name now. But, every time I attend this store I get unparalleled customer service, answers to questions, and solid advice about my projects. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, the facility is clean and organized, and I love being able to imagine my home improved from the displays at Home Depot. Excellent service, two thumbs up!

This store is one of my favorite ones to shop. Kathleen at the garden center is always friendly and quick to check me out. Kent is also always quick to help out when I see him.

If you’re considering a kitchen remodel go see Kitchen Designer Heidi Barber at the Centerville Utah Home Depot store. She is awesome.

Just bought a new refrigerator. Love it. Very disappointed with delivery. Appliance manager not helpful. This experience was so bad I will never buy anything from Home Depot. I am 85 years old and over the years have spent a lot of money with them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Sam of the paint section is such a rude employee!! I don’t even know how he is still working there. I am a regular customer and I spent thousands of dollars every year in this store to be treated in such a rude manner by this kid every time I go there . The paint brand I buy does not mix well in the shakers so they need a couple rounds. He always complains when I ask him to do this and his favorite thing to say is “we don’t do that here” Come on! I am paying to go home with the right color if he does not want to work there as he shows every time, have him find a different job. But you can’t do this to your customers and keep him in a place where he obviously no showing respect to customers.

I was very happy with the service because that was my purpose for my visit.

I entered the store and was trying to buy tool merchandise. I was not able to get help tickets stuff behind their cages and wasted my time. This location needs a serious improvement in customer service.
