Heidi Barber is a kitchen and bath design consultant at the Centerville store. This is the 2nd project she has helped us with. She is amazing! She knows what she is doing and has great advice! She took a personal interest and helped expedite our projects! Please give her a raise!

Jeannette at the paint area today was so incredible helpful and kind. She went above and beyond what my experience has been with other paint workers. If she is working the day you come in. You will feel your needs bring meet and like you matter. Thanks

Excellent place to shop and very clean. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. They go above and beyond. I found what I was looking for and times I did not, they searched for it.

Brought our appliances on November 28,2020. We waited almost 3 months for them and the dishwasher came damaged and we told them we didn’t want it and want a refund instead. Had to call 4 times and made a trip to the store to speak with a service manager(Karen) and she reassured us that the refund was being processed but when we called again they told us they never received the dishwasher back. Now it’s mid February and I am still waiting for my refund.

The employees were very friendly and cooperative. I needed help finding an item, and an employee not only took me to it, but also showed me how to use it and answered questions. At home, however, I found the product was defective. I took it back. The returns associate welcomed me back, apologized for the problem, and gave me the option of taking a refund or exchanging the defective item for a new one. I chose the latter. The folks at the returns desk were quick and professional about implementing the exchange. (And when I got home I discovered the replacement item worked!) While it was unfortunate that I had to do an exchange (which is why I am giving 4 stars out of 5), the employees were not just professional but sympathetic and encouraging in that they wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy with the experience.

I would always consider looking at the Home Depot for the best prices and quality... I am building a home right now and found that the Home Depot had the BEST prices over any other lumber/home improvement company on most if not ALL items. I purchased my entire lumber package from Home Depot and saved thousands!

The employee who helped me was friendly and informative in finding me the cable brackets that fit my need. He LISTENED to my description of what I was doing and then showed me several alternatives.

Jay and Micah saved Christmas for the Noacks. They helped us get the tree we wanted after the first tree was a major flop! They both made the return easy, simple and quick. Great tree selection. They had live trees too. The employees were eager to help. It was clean and nice. No Covid19 worries. Everyone was wearing masks and using sanitizer. Thank you! Merry Christmas.

The Customer Service cashiers Kayla and Megan thoughtfully helped me resolve my store credit issue. They were cheerful and patient. I never felt like they were too busy. They helped to resolve my issue to my great satisfaction

We waited for 35 minutes for blinds to be cut to them be told the machine was broken. No apologies were given. Every employee shrugged us off and acted as though they don’t need or want our business.

Always a great experience at the Centerville Home Depot! I drive right past the much closer big box hardware store on my way to Home Depot. The customer service and easy return process when needed makes it well worth the extra drive.

I would not ever purchase an appliance installation through the Home Depot branch. A company named Expo Logistics handles the delivery and installation. They delivered the dishwasher purchased on the day they promised, but they said they would have to schedule a plumber on another day to actually install the dishwasher. No one called ahead of time as promised for the installation. When the plumber arrived Expo Logistics called to say the plumber was there. I mentioned nobody called. They said they would wait only 15 minutes for us to get to the house. We arrived in 10 minutes and the plumber already had left. Very frustrating that we scheduled our day around the 4 hour window on the first day they were supposed to deliver and install the dishwasher. Expo Logistics attitude when we called back to complain was non-sympathetic.

This store is the most clean of HDs in Utah. They have product and helpful employees. There is an employee in a wheelchair that is on of the most helpful and knowledgeable persons I’ve met at HD.

Great store, great service by people that care.

I love how they keep the floors clean. It doesn't feel like I'm walking through grime when going down the isles.

Our home away from home. At least a few times each week. The pleasures of wining an old home and renewing it with the help of Home Depot.
