I really like the Centerville UT store. I went to the 2100 S because it was on my way home but I didn’t get help from employees where they showed me where to go and helped me locate the exact items, 2100 S only pointed me in the direction and I couldn’t find them. Second, the environment at the 2100 S store is pretty busy, at 2100 S Job shoppers block ability to enter or exit without being approached for work, you don’t feel safe walking in the parking lot and definitely wonder if your vehicle will be vandalized at 2100 S. None of this exists at the Centerville store and I sure hope it stays that way, Ken and Paul were very helpful and the Centerville store and Ken walked me to find the items I wanted to buy.

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I absolutely love this store! I know a lot of employees by name and I’m always greeted with a smile and the help I need. I recently did a remodel and bought 90% of my supplies there. The store is clean and the employees are super friendly and always willing to help! Thank you Home Depot for your wonderful service, and well stocked store!

Every time I go in and ask a question the employees have been very helpful and get me going to the right direction.

I have shopped at the Centerville store for years, each time employees have been helpful and friendly. My last experience was returning excess material I had purchased for a home remodel. When I went to the store Nick at Customer Service was extremely helpful with a truck rental, and exceeded my expectations with the complicated return. The Centerville store is a great place to shop.

The store is chock full of Christmas lights and decorations which I could not find elsewhere. Even better, the employees are very friendly, helpful, quick and knowledgeable.

Staff members, including Heston and Lydia, have been and are usually friendly and helpful in providing information and advice. Heston was persistent about adding value to this purchase experience even after a series of NOs from me without making me uncomfortable. Lydia explained to me in details about the 3 Home Depot cards, Consumer Credit Card, Commercial Revolving Charge, and Commercial Account.

This store is very organized, and clean. The employees are Awesome, they greet you on the way in, and ask if you need any assistance if have any questions.

Lydia was an amazing associate and extremely helpful and took great care of us! could not have asked for better assistance!

We recently went to Home Depot in Centerville. Our experience was awesome. We had a project and everyone was so helpful. Al even helped load our truck. Big shout out to him!

I was very of pleased with my shopping experience today, I was helped by Johnny and he was very helpful. He checked inventory for me and even checked me out at the register. I felt he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Johnny, I have had great experience at this particular Home Depot in Centerville, but today was the best experience ever anywhere. I was told our dishwasher would be delivered and installed today. All they did was deliver it. Now they're saying it won't be installed for a week.

I went in to rent a box truck for my Job. The lady that helped me was not very knowledgeable on how to do this process. In the whole fiasco, she took my driver's license and forgot to return it to me. NOW THEY HAVE LOST MY LICENSE! After multiple calls to a manager with empty promises of call backs which were never made. I am livid, I drive for a living. Incompetent! Never will go here again

You already had to sign up for their account so they could verify your service. Whatever. It isnt as convenient as simply presenting your military id but i get it. Now they dont accept that anymore and want to to download their app which requests access to your dialer, contacts, loctions, microphone, camera, storage, network connections, and more simply to check out. I even had ro disable ad blockers to submit this review. It is an invasion of privacy an i will no long be doing business with them.

I went in to purchase a tool,it was in stock on the shelf ,the packaging was not all beat up as if the did not care about the product.

Heidi Barber is a kitchen and bath design consultant at the Centerville store. This is the 2nd project she has helped us with. She is amazing! She knows what she is doing and has great advice! She took a personal interest and helped expedite our projects! Please give her a raise!
