Use this store as often as possible. I would consider it cleaner, more organized, and especially better associates in both terms of availability and helpfulllness than most others around.

The associates were very helpful and team orienated.

Home Depot products are always great. I always get what I need. It is always a great place to get my DIY stuff. This day the 30 of June, 2015, the Cashier, Natalie that helped me cash out made me feel like I was lying to her about me being a veteran that shows clearly on my driver' License. She told me that she needed to see my Military aid and that Home Depot is cracking down on people telling they are when they are not. I didn't know that you always have to bring your military credentials even f you are retired to buy something at the Home Depot. I though My License saying so was enough. Apparently not... Today, I felt insulted, humiliated and angered by the notion that I was lying. I didn't appreciate this experience at all. I pay my dues in this world and never asked for anything for free. 10% discount for being a veteran is always helpful but if I will just be humiliated like this, I'd rather go to Lowes.

I knew what I wanted, where it was, and found it easily.

The associates are always cordial and helpful. I've yet to have anything but a positive experience at this store.

Bought a new house and was told it would be a 1-2 week process, which is perfect. It's been 7-8 weeks and still don't have carpet. Had deadlines, had certain things to do and couldn't move furniture in that room till this was installed. Largest room in our house has nothing in it because it's been waiting for this carpet. The install company isn't even in my state, additionally they call from unknown numbers and have always left different return numbers with different area codes, mind you these aren't 1-800 numbers. Cancelled the order because it was beyond ridiculous. I still need carpet, tile and granite for another house we own and won't bother with Home Depot! I'm sticking with Lowes.

Pretty good experience although finding help is sometimes difficult

Visit the store often ever since it opened years ago. Associates are all very helpful. The store is usually clean. I like shopping at Home Depot.

The store was Clean and well designed. I had no trouble finding what I needed and your Store Associates were very helpful.

Mr. papenfuss was knowledgeable and helpful. the rug we picked out looks great on display and on line. Hopefully it will fit in our new home.

Employee answered my questions about power tools and recommended on brand based on lifetime warranty.

I was disappointed that the associates who helped at the kitchen department were not available until 9:am. I was completely happy with the sales representative and felt he was very personable and professional. I liked the quality dishwashers that were available. I bought the product on Thursday and it could not be delivered until Tuesday of the next week. At other stores that I have bought appliances I was able to have delivery within 2 days. All associates that I talked to were friendly and were great with customer service.

The people in this store really love their work and do an awesome job helping me.

I went to Home Depot on a Saturday, looking for a drip line hose and whatever else I would need to make it work with my current set up. I was able to find an associate almost immediately in the aisle I needed, which I found very surprising on a Saturday. It only took him a couple of minutes to finish with his current customer and then he helped me find everything I needed. I wasn't sure what type of connectors I would need, so thankfully, this associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to assist me in getting the right products the first time!! I truly appreciated his help and would recommend Home Depot as a great place to shop!!

All was well with the store. I have nothing really to say since it was a quick in and out experience.

It was a great visit, I just wish I had a bit more help with loading my purchases in my car.

All of the projects I've taken on from plumbing sprinkler systems painting tiling carpets and the list goes on between your associates and your online videos I couldn't of done it without you

Got the help and item I needed without difficulty.

We went in with questions about tiling our bathroom floor. It was a slower evening in the store, so the associate, Micach, was really able to go above and beyond in helping us plan our bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable in his own department as well as in other departments as well. We left the store feeling very empowered and excited about our upcoming remodel.

I'm an online shopping kind of guy, so i rarely go into stores when i can help it. But everyone i talked to told me that if i wanted a line of credit, i would get a better one by going into the store. I chose to go into Home Depot during my lunch break from work. I was able to go into the store, setup a line of credit, extend my line of credit, and make a large appliance purchase setup for delivery, all within a matter of 10 minutes. That time to spare provided me with just enough time to grab myself a Starbucks on my way back to work.

Sales associate was great. The tool box was damaged so I had to take it back.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received in the lighting area.

I've been making some major upgrades to my home. I've been in the Centerville Home Depot several times a week, and sometimes two or three times a day, for the past five months. I've never had a bad experience. The economy has improved and I've noticed more and more employees around the store to help me. I've used the loaders and unloaders several times. That has been especially appreciated by me.

Home Improvement is often frustrating for the DIY'serfer. The team at Centerville, Ut.distinguishes themselves from the other competitors by making sure that you get that warm fuzzy feeling you are in the right place dealing with the right professionals.

The Home Depot in Centerville always has what I need and knowledgeable staff to help.

The store was easy to navigate. The associates were very helpful and friendly. The selfcheckout lady Linda was wonderfully helpful without being pushy.

The new Operations Manager "Hana" was rude and treated me like a criminal when I attempted to exchange an item that I had purchased.. She has absolutely no business being in a management position and I will no longer shop there as long as she is in that store! I would most definitely NOT recommend this store!!
