Whatever I need for my home, Home Depot is the place to go. From the associates, Soledad to Ryen with an "e" to Joe in paints --- everyone there --- are always ready to serve. They help me save money, purchase the right products/tools and teach me how to use tools, install products and choose accessories and garden additions. The store is always so neat and clean. Thank you all so much for your patience, professionalism and great customer Service.

The store was filled with necessary items and has been every time I visit. The employees are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. It is gratifying to know that whomever you ask will be able to help. That isn't always true at other stores.

Every employee I crossed paths with was eager to make sure I was finding what I needed. Most attention I have ever received in a Home Depot

If you are in need of any help with your garden or grass, look no further. All associates were very friendly and helpful, but one of the associates in particular really made my visit great. Richard, who apparently is the master gardener there, helped me with all of my needs. About a month ago, I went in because a grub or some type of bug killed my rose and hibiscus bush. Richard took the time to explain what pesticide I should use for my yard size, the amount to use and what I should do next. Today, I went back in for flowers, winter grass, fertilizer, etc. and I immediately asked for Richard again. He helped me pick out the best winter grass for my yard size, the best flowers and bushes for the winter and amount of sun light they would get in my yard, and answered ANY others questions I had. He really took the time and made my visit great. The best part was, he told me at my first visit, if I bought the plants from that Home Depot within the year and still had the receipt (or if I didn't' they could look up the card I used), I would be given the new plants for free (he saved me bunches because I had three plants die). In return, those experiences will make me a regular customer of this location, even though I pass Lowes and other Home Depots to get there. I have referred my friends and family there too and definitely told them to ask for Richard if they are looking for gardening advice. Thanks Richard!

This store was extremely well organized. the employees were not overbearing but were there if I need them. Would recommend this store to a friend or family

I always feel when in this store that they treat me as if I were family. They smile joke are helpful and always go way above and beyond to help. Even when what I need is in the isle temporary blocked for safety they still make it fun and are polite when they ask to wait until the area is clear and safe. This is my favorite store out of all the ones around me.

I came into the store looking to build a shelf for my closet. I had no idea what I needed. I had two wonderful people that helped me . Michael - the plummer supervisor helped me find each individual piece I needed. I was so happy with my purchase. When I got to the counter to pay, the Paypal service was down. That is what I was going to use to pay for my purchase. The kind lady Connie - the cashier, held on to my purchase while I ran home to grab cash. She was very kind and thoughtful.

Employees very helpful!!! Makes shopping a pleasure. Gives me the confidence to master my home remodel...

The Chandler store is always clean neat and tidy. I live at MY Home Depot. Puts a smile on my face to go to Home Depot. My favorite place!

I needed some specific products and have had trouble locating them in other stores. I went to store #0470 and the staff were amazing. I found what I needed and was on my way. A+

Horrible experience with flooring. They got the date for the measurement wrong, so I lost a whole days wages, then when I spoke with a manager he seemed to care less, just wanted to rush me along to refund for the measurement service. Then they supposedly refunded the measurement charge, called me the following day to tell me I needed to come in to refund the measurement fee! At that point I just wanted to go with anyone else to install my flooring, but decided to stick it out and hope things got better. They did not. The measurement guy said they would level the floor (there was a small portion that was slightly raised), and when Home depot called with the quote after the measurement they said I would have to have the leveling done before the flooring was installed! Finally called Customer Care (Corporate) and only then did the assistant manager call and seem somewhat concerned with my experience. The only saving grace was the floor installers who were contractors and Jenifer at customer service when I returned the quarter rounds because installers did not need them. Definately need to retrain their staff in the art of customer service!

I was assisted by several people and my checkout was very professional, efficient and friendly. I found what I was looking for, checked out and this was all done quickly and without hassle which is very appreciated.

My son loves Home Depot That is what he tells me, his Dad. He is 4 years old. We use the store for all of our home repair and updating needs, including pool maintenance chemicals and such. Always fiendly associates and if I ever have questions, they will either answer them for me, or take me to an associate more qualified to answer the question.

If you need a customers service help, please stay away from cashier Jeanette. She is very rough, she can not work with the customers , she gets frustrated fast, she treated me very disrespectfully. I don't want to came back to this store anymore...

I found what I was looking for and more! The cashier and garden guy were very helpful.

Missed having an electric cart (osteoarthritis), but overall just fine. Layout typical ,but not quite identical to the store I usually shop. At least two or three employees took time to say hello/smile. The employee on self checkout scanned my merchandise for me.

When you can get someone, it's usually great help. Sometimes getting someone to help you is a problem. We have had mostly good experiences at this store.

TWO EMPLOYEES HELPED ME THROUGHOUT MY BRIEF VISIT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE GREAT ADVICE.

This is a truly amazing location because of the employees! One that stands out in particular is Johnathan Richards in the appliance department. I tell all my friends and family to go out of their way to try out the best Home Depot in Chandler. Great customer service, clean, fast and well stocked!

The associates in the Flooring Department are exxtremely kind and helpful and the Management at this store actually cares about the customer and that caring attitude filters down to the associates.

I ask for help, a male associate stepped up, being from the department I needed help with. Instead of being helpful and trying to find what I wanted, he just said "We don't have that." In a loud, negative, unhelpful manner. Other Home Depot employees have found items at other stores for me. Other store employees have checked inventory levels and rechecked the shelf, just in case I over looked the item. But not this guy. Won't be back, ever.

My wife and I were happy that we were able to find the products that we need with the help and assistance that the staff gave us. They also helped us in loading these items.

Went to purchase sale items from flyer. Employees showed me where they were and helped me load thr cart.
