This particular Home Depot store is wonderful to shop in. Store employees were easy to find in the departments to answer questions and everything was in stock. The customer service area was especially very helpful.

Employees are always extremely helpful and I have never had a bad experience in this store, only great ones where my expectations are always exceeded! Thank you!

The Home Depot always has what we are looking for. The staff is always helpful. We have completed several projects and purchased products including a beautiful front screen door, entire new windows for our home etc. The staff reached out to make sure all was going okay. They were sincere and proved they take pride in all that is done through Home Depot. This is rare in today’s world, plan to do all your home improvements with The Home Depot!

Was charged $30.00 more per toilet because I did not order on line. On line price was same price as the sign in the store.

After visiting three other home improvement stores this morning in the Laveen, Arizona and Tempe, Arizona areas (and leaving frustrated), I had an amazing experience in this Chandler, Arizona (Alma School Road and Chandler Blvd.) Home Depot. A young man whose name I believe might be Edgar not only educated me about the drip system issue that I am having, he gave me 3 options to resolve my issue and gave me the parts that I needed. My issue was resolved 20 minutes after I returned to home. Edgar (I hope that I have the right person) is a symbol of the exemplary customer service that Home Depot customers have always expected. This is a horrible store! Shop elsewhere. Service is lacking and if you order anything and have to pick it up, it will be an ordeal. Not worth it! Run into too many issues. Plenty of other places to shop.

If you need a new appliance do yourself a favor and ask for Destiny! She is by far the best sales associate we have encountered for a very long time - anywhere. Her customer service and follow-up are outstanding. Thank you Destiny! You are awesome!

I love this Home Depot location. It is pretty comfortable to shop here and their staff is very helpful. Cashiers at the check out or at the customer service are very nice and very fast. I can find pretty much everything I look for at this location. Their parking lot is very easy to get in and get out. Their staff is following the covid-19 guide lines. Store and their rest rooms are pretty clean.

This store is top notch. everything is neat and organized. The Manager Mike is great at his job, I see him helping and leading by example. The Pro Desk knows their stuff and are eager to help. All of the employees are amazing. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile.

I was consistently approached and asked if I needed help. After doing my self chechout, the attending associate thanked me for shopping at Home Depot and immediately went to clean and sanitize the self checkout station I was using. THANK YOU for protecting your emp!obese and customers.

What I like about this store is for the fact that the entire personnel are willing to assist you regardless of how busy they are and what time of the day.

I frequent this store often for supplies while remodeling my house. I have been uncomfortable with the fact that none of the staff were wearing masks. This should be a requirement at all times during this pandemic. I will not go back until the staff is wearing masks.

Stopped in for a return and Ryan in customer service was amazing. Quick, accurate, and knew what he was doing. Great employees at this location, friendly, and caring.

Fabulous entry in store spaced out - keeping us all socially distant - Plexiglas set up at check outs - all staff wearing 6 foot tags. The workers at this store are always helpful and value your business. They are going an extra mile to keep you safe and keep your business

As stores continue to make adjustments around the coronavirus outbreak, this one continues to make dumb moves. Everyone here is so focused on the idea that customers are gross and germy that you get treated terribly. Do not go here. They do not want you here.
